The last 4 times I've came here. I have had to park in the waiting zone. It doesn't matter what I order. Extremely irritating considering the drive thru is for fast service.

I have never had such amazing customer service. Kiaya at the McDonald's in Algood, was so kind and made me feel like family. That is absolutely not something you receive from fast food. She was knowledgeable, sweet and made sure I had the best deal possible. I highly recommend this McDonald's.

Absolutely horrible location. I Door-dashed our order to this location and they handed out our food to some random person. Not our dasher, he contacted us and told us the issue and said he was going to fix it. They told him it was his fault and refused to re-make it

Every time I go to Algood Macdonalds they make you pull to the side and wait 15 min before bringing your food out it's ridiculous no other place makes you wait for your food
I was picking up a DoorDash order that was supposed to be ready when I arrived, but I ended up waiting 15–20 minutes. The problem wasn’t the kitchen being behind.. it was how the staff were handling the orders.
At McDonald’s, you’re not supposed to clear an order off the screen until you’re actually handing it to the customer. But I watched an employee hit “served” on multiple orders way before they were even bagged. In my case, I saw my customer’s order get marked as served, and then I stood there another 10 minutes before anyone even started bagging it.
They were also sticking the order stickers onto the screen, which cluttered everything and led to staff getting confused about which order was actually next.
This caused a major, unnecessary delay for me and creates a huge risk of mix-ups for customers. Management needs to address this, because clearing orders before they’re ready defeats the whole purpose of the order screen system..

Absolute worst drive thru time. Sat there for 15 minutes for 2 drinks. Place was not very busy. Attitude from the lady taking orders. Worst mc Donald's in all putnam county by far
