This place needs to take more pride in their food and service. I ordered 2 bacon mcdoubles and a large fry. When I got my food back home. The meat on both my burgers was dried and old, the cheese wasn't even melted just hard and crusty. The bacon was the same way. Seems to me they're not checking the freshness of there meat or anything for that matter. And the excuse I get is were understaffed and we had a rush. All I'm hearing is excuses. If the store is understaffed, that's do to poor management. Let's do better McDonald's in algood, TN.

As a middle aged man, I don't go to McDonald's because they are an epicurean delight, nor for the highly nutritional food. They have 2 things going for them, convenience and consistency. Sadly, this location is not consistent. Some days the food is great and fast. Some it is old, cold and slow. It's OK about 65% of the time.

Paid for a $20 online pickup order through the app, Arrived and waited 30 minutes, called the store and they said their system did not receive the order. I understand that is not their fault but they didn’t even offer to make it if i showed proof or anything.
Yes it was the right location and yes it charged my card, Have ordered multiple times here and never had this problem.

I asked if the ice cream machine was working on the phone they said it was we pulled in the drive thru guess what they said it was broken terrible service

It is supposed to be open at 5 so i went there for breakfast before work and couldn't get any because they said they weren't waiting on customers until 530 and they are also slow when they are open every time I go

Algood McDonald's is a run down place a sorry place to eat. All they have is kids working all they want to do is kid around and play instead of work and the mangers has an attitude problem and they don't want to work they want to joke around and act like they are teenagers instead of grown adults with a mangers job. The food half time sucks. I don't recommend going to this McDonald's. You will waiting forever to get your order taking or getting your food. They will all stand around and look at you at the order desk and not take your order, they look at you like what are doing there. They need all new workers and staff/mangers asap!!
