“I've been coming Manny's regularly with friends for several months. It is one of our favorite places to go and has a great location in Algood.Every time (And I mean every time) the food has always been delicious and the staff has always been incredibly kind and welcoming even going out of their way to get to know us. They even went as far one visit to recook my pizza from scratch because Manny wasn't happy with how it turned out. Manny came out and let me know it would be a few more minutes. This alone shows the love and dedication the staff have.We had the pleasure of meeting Manny on our most recent and it was great getting to meet him and hear about his families recent trip to Italy. My goto is normally Chicken Alfredo or Pizza (Always with Garlic cheese bread).Mannys will continue to be one of our goto locations for getting dinner to catch up!”
“IF they make the chicken and fries fresh then they can't be beat. I eat here often and hope one day they build one in Livingston. Most of the time the chicken and fries are fresh, but a few times got soggy fries and leather chicken. The kitchen just did not want to toss the out of timed stuff. But I gave the food 4 stars instead of 5 because it sometimes happens they serve timed out food. But worth the gamble.”
“Went to this location because both Cookeville locations were either not accepting card or not accepting mobile orders. All 3 locations were swamped because of 50¢ corndogs on Halloween. It took my friends maybe 5 minutes to get their food, but about 30 for mine. Everything was good, the time difference is my only complaint.”
“I'm not a big fan of Mcdonalds, but my kids are! and I love the caramel ice coffee. The play area is clean, and u can sit outside of it where it is quiet and watch ur kids play.”
“Stop to eat there cause of a billboard off highway interstate 40 it was worth the stop delicious food. Keep up the good work! The exit is 288 stop there they offer other eatery's there too.”
“First time to stop by and not sure if I will be back. I have a dog and am not opposed to them so don't hate on me. However, I brought my new grandbaby here to relax and enjoy while we talked and caught up, but these animals constantly under my feet, smelling horrible from the rain and causing her to sneeze, this definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. They have a patio so why not enjoy the dogs under the outdoor cover? As a business owner I would recommend outdoor pets only! Just my thoughts but strong opinion that I won't be back.”
“I don’t have any photos because everything was so good. I bought 4 different treats. 1 cherry hand pie. 1 ginger molasses cookie, one ginger, molasses cream, cookie sandwich, and one chocolate cherry Amarillo cookie which were all gluten free and so good best gluten free treat I have tried. Everyone was so nice and informed us on their schedule. They also informed us that the west side grocery may have some gluten free bread.Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating with a glue talent and they had everything labeled either gluten-free dairy, free vegan or no label if it wasn’t any of those.”
“This spot is great! Such a gem. Even if you don't eat plant-based, your mouth will be drooling. The Southwest Crunchwrap is so delicious and filling! The potato salad is phenomenal. Make the stop and enjoy!Vegetarian options: All vegan”
“Love Jamie’s Eats and Sweets! Everything we have gotten from here if it has been from the case or a special order Birthday Cake has been EXCELLENT!!!!! I highly recommend this friendly staff!”
“This little place is just what Cookeville needed. Our group has been wanting to try it out and finally did for a birthday outing. I love the different variety of drinks. We each got something different and they were all delicious. The staff were wonderful, so sweet, and even brought our friend a dessert with a candle for her birthday. Highly recommend if you’re wanting a low key night with yummy drinks and fabulous atmosphere.”
“Just ate there for the first time today. I was the only one in the restaurant. I ordered a vegetarian plate and it was delicious! Made fresh and the baklava was superb. I hope they are successful because it is a great healthier option than what is mostly offered in Cookeville.Vegetarian options: They do have vegetarian options and what I had I really enjoyed.”
“We come here for breakfast several times a year when we are in town to see our daughter. Its our favorite place to have breakfast. The food and the service is good.”
“This is my favorite coffee shop in Cookeville! The staff is always friendly, attentive and makes my coffee exactly how I like it :) No matter what I get to eat or drink, I am always amazed!”
“Excellent coffee,I had the mind blowing Blackberry with an extra espresso shot ,and WOW, so delicious, I could have drank 3 ?.Great ambiance for wi/fi and hanging out, could use a chess board? Also supports handicap ♿️ and recovery. ??A GREAT PLACE TO ENJOYParking: Corner location, lots of roomWheelchair accessibility: Ramp, easily accessible”
“Very delicious every time! Workers are nice and gave us a pup cup :) I feel like it could be a little cuter inside but I don't care about that as long as the ice cream is good and like I said, it is very yummy!!”
“The ice cream was excellent with numerous, unique choices. The waffle cone was the right choice. The servers were friendly and attentive. Definitely worth the stop.”
“Stopped by on a recommendation. AMAZING!!!! Best BBQ we’ve had since we left Texas. We will be back. Tried The Bull (brisket) sandwich and the Banger (sausage) sandwich. Just the right amount of spice in the sausage. Both were juicy, great flavor, tender, not charred but cooked to perfection. Highly recommend swinging by this food truck as soon as you can!!”
“This place is a great find for the celiac person who has to be gluten free! I’ve been newly diagnosed, and it’s been hard finding places that have SAFE goods that are also flavorful! I loved seeing the girl at the counter handle everything with such care and she even CHANGED HER GLOVES! I LOVED that! I felt very taken care of, and safe! These are just delicious! Eating my second one right now! Love the gluten free s’mores! I will be coming back ”
“Amazing environment, great people, exquisite meals worth your visit. 20/10 amazing‼️‼️Dietary restrictions: gluten free pies for those with gluten allergies☝️☝️”
“This hidden gem exceeded our expectations! My husband and I indulged in a variety of menu items, each proving to be delightful. The authentic flavors transported me back to South Texas. We're definitely planning to return for more culinary adventures!”
“Since the fire and rebuild, things have changed for the better. Food is terrific. I had crab cakes and cheese grits. Service was also fast and friendly. It is back on my favorites list of eateries. I even liked their selections of background music. My only complaint is that every time the door opened, there was a really cold draft. All else excellent.”
“Wonderful group of people with amazing coffee! My favorite is the golden eagle iced!Dietary restrictions: Milk alternative options.Kid-friendliness: Wonderful with my kids and their complex orders at just 9yrs old!”
“Really good hamburger and baked potato. Honey Buttered Croissants were addicting. Kayla did a great job as our server. Will definitely go back the next time that I'm in town.”
“Found this little place on our way to Florida. Very friendly man who owns the place also does all the cooking. His daughter, Doodle, served us and was super friendly. The pulled pork sandwich was excellent and the cole slaw was homemade and beyond any we've ever had. There is a pool table and jukebox. Our 8 yr old said he wanted to come back and eat on our way back home. Thanks for the great food!”
“Hidden gem! I've tried Pho from all around the globe (I travel for work) and this place makes my top 5. I live in the bay area (California) and have access to many excellent Pho restaurants, yet this place stands out. The Pho broth is excellent and there's a good amount of meat as well. Will make this place a must stop if i'm ever back in the area.”
“They serve home made tamales on Friday and Saturday so TAKE ADVANTAGE. Slasa verde wasnmade in-house. So good. Service was quick. It is a smaller building so can be a little cramped which is the only reason for 4/5 on atmosphere.”
“We had an errand to run in Cookeville, and needed a snack! We scrolled through google looking for a local spot. SO glad we stopped here today (1/12/24).The girl at the counter was kind and welcoming— showed us what by the slice pizzas they had and got us taken care of. There was even a local man in there who told us we wouldn’t regret having come here!It was DELICIOUS! The five of us wish we lived closer. The only MINOR thing to be aware of is parking. We were in a large truck but thankfully we were able to find an end spot on the street.Anyway, loved it. Will go back if we’re in the area!!”
“I Love Red Silo, this place is Awesome & is one of my favorite spots. Love the Atmosphere, & the bar staff is really friendly & Amazing. Their beer tastes great & they have a lot a varieties to choose from. Try & get here when they first open or early because this place does get really busy. They do have a food truck outside that serves really good pizza & parking is easy to find.”
“We love Cora's! We pick some treats up for our employees a few times a month just for a little "pick me up". She is always so friendly when we go in as well.”
“Delicious!!! Authentic, flavorful, and generous portions, but that's just the beginning. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful with a happy and welcoming family atmosphere. I visited from California for the second time and can't wait to be back. Thank you, Pieblo Viejo for the fine experience!”
