“I had never had Crumbl before the store came to Cookeville. I don't go on a regular basis, but every so often, it's a special treat! They rotate their flavors and are always adding new products. Today I had Tiramisu cake. It didn't really have any coffee flavor to it, but it sure was yummy!
The employees are always polite, and it's always quick and easy to get in and out. 5-stars from me!”

“Ny daughter and I were craving Italian. We stumbled on this place. When you pull up, it doesn’t even look like a restaurant. It’s in an old Victorian house. Walking up we are very disappointed to read that it was reservations only. As we were walking away, the hostess opened the door and invited us in and made room for us to eat. It was one of the best meals and service we have ever had!”

She was so patient and kind to them and even knelt down on the floor to help this elderly couple with their order. Her kindness and compassion was so heartwarming. The world needs more people like her in it. Our service was also excellent and the food was great.”

We started with the crab stuffed mushrooms and the famous saganaki — the flaming cheese that’s always such a fun and flavorful experience. For our entrées, the lamb chops were perfectly cooked and full of flavor, and the Chicken Santorini was just as amazing. We’re currently avoiding sugar, so we had to admire the desserts from afar, but trust me — they are worth every bite. Nick’s homemade baklava and Kathy’s cheesecake are both legendary and truly to die for. If you’re looking for a meal that’s full of flavor, warmth, and authentic Greek flair, this place never disappoints. Truly one of Cookeville’s gems! 🇬🇷”

“Had the worst experience of my life at Olive garden tonight turn my family at 5:00 to dinner my husband got the tour of Italy my youngest got the spaghetti and meatballs oldest daughter chicken alfredo I got chicken alfredo and my son got a mushroom scallop pasta my husband's food came cold my daughter's spaghetti and meatballs smell like feet and I ended up not getting to eat because I'm allergic to shrimp and somehow shrimp got in my chicken alfredo and my throat started swelling and getting real scratchy and we had to leave”

“My husband and I’ve been meaning to go to irrationale kitchen for a year now. We finally had a time tonight to go and have a leisurely late dinner. We ordered the irrationale burger with a side of brussels sprouts, the wedge salad, and the chocolate cake for dessert! The hamburger was excellent! A nice smoked hamburger with barbecue sauce, onion rings, bacon, cheese, and all the toppings. I thought the brussels sprouts were delicious and the wedge salad was perfect. We’re glad we decided to opt for dessert. The chocolate cake was like a molten cake with an orange or citrus flavor with a scoop of ice cream that melted deliciously on the Nice warm cake. The service was great. Our waiter was attentive, and we will definitely be back! And the atmosphere was so nice that we could have a quiet conversation.”

“What a treat it was for me to be able to come and enjoy the Algood Diner while I was visiting my son at TTU this Easter weekend. The portions were of good size. The taste of the food was just like I would make at home. My coffee cup never was less than half. The staff was kind and caring with cheery personalities. The owner even came out to make sure everyone was happy and doing ok. Thank you to the owner and staff of the Algood Diner for making this breakfast experience and excellent one. I’ll definitely will be back. Hopefully to try lunch next time.”

Service is always excellent, our sweet waitresses basically know our order by heart.

The gentleman at the checkout counter is always so kind.

The market has fresh food & many snacks/ treats to get. They also have FRESH tortillas..yum!

I've never had a bad meal or experience there. These other reviewers must really not like all us old veterans that frequent the business to write the negative reviews on this particular Waffle House. The macaroni and cheese is flavorful and creamy. I’m not a Mac n cheese fan and I thought it was delicious. I had the fried catfish which was flaky and not overcooked. It had just the right amount of breading and the seasoning was perfect. The hush puppies were next level. Some of the best I’ve ever eaten. I always get coleslaw with fish and I was not disappointed. It is a creamy slaw just like I prefer. We live in Crossville and Bobby Q’s beats the brakes off of any place out here. We will definitely be back soon.”

People are allowed to be grumpy as they are human beings and not corporate machines, but I’ve definitely had some uncalled for bark and bite that just kind of felt like wet socks. :/
That being said, the staff is usually friendly and the location is super cozy with outlets and warm lighting.”

The service was wonderful and the food came out very quickly, so fresh that it was still piping hot after my 25 minute drive home. For the very reasonable price of $12 my bowl was packed full, every part of it was delicious and exactly what I was wanting. I’ll be making it a point to stop in more often.”

“I am thankful to have Smoothie King as an option in town. Everything I've ordered is well made and I continue to return at the request of my child but if it wasn't for that I would not. Each time I come in I notice the lack of cleanliness. The walls, floors, tables and bathroom are always visibly filthy and need to be washed. It naturally leaves me concerned about food safety in places customers cannot even see. Please take care of this issue.”

There was a very sweet amazing friendly sandwich maker named Stephanie who was so nice to us and made our order exactly how we wanted it. She worked quickly and got everything perfectly right and was engaging in friendly conversation with us while she was making everything. That sort of customer service is what the city of Cookeville needs more of. Well done, Stephanie!! You are the reason we will frequent your location more often instead of other locations around town, where the people go psycho over parking spaces as opposed to doing their actual job. “This Arby's has the absolute Best Staff and the lady that runs the front counter during lunchtime has the absolute best customer service of any restaurant I have been to in a long time! She is super friendly, welcoming and even when under that lunch hour rush, she keeps her calm and serves with the same friendly service and a warm smile. Give her the kudos she deserves!! The food is always Hot and FRESH and Ready Quickly!”

“I went to Dairy Queen the other day and I went through the drive-through and I asked for a cake that is really sweet lady. Only intercom said that I can get a cake through the drive-through and I got a cake with a pee pee on it because I wanted to bring my friend for her birthday all the All the employees were released, nice and polite and they thought it was really funny so it was a great energy and I love the cake at the end and in this photo you don’t see it, but there is hard to all around it. Best Dairy Queen spot ever. You guys better go get cakes from there. The people who write on it are amazing.”
