“I have thought about coming here for some time and never have until now. I ordered the Fancy Nancy Chicken Salad on a croissant, with broccoli salad. It came with a dill spear and lovely little sugar cookie. Everything was great. I went at lunch time so the dining room was pretty busy. I barely say down, when someone brought my order to my table. There is only one restroom for women and one for men, so there was a line. The restroom was clean. Soap and towels were well stocked. The staff was very friendly. The food was great. I really like that they have several variations of chicken salad, and the bread options. I'll definitely be back. Good stuff!“

“What a treat it was for me to be able to come and enjoy the Algood Diner while I was visiting my son at TTU this Easter weekend. The portions were of good size. The taste of the food was just like I would make at home. My coffee cup never was less than half. The staff was kind and caring with cheery personalities. The owner even came out to make sure everyone was happy and doing ok. Thank you to the owner and staff of the Algood Diner for making this breakfast experience and excellent one. I’ll definitely will be back. Hopefully to try lunch next time.“

Tiffany gave us a couple suggestions from our menu. I love watching her interact with another family at the table beside us. They had small children, She spoke to them with as much respect as she does any grown-up. We will ask for Tiffany the next time we come back“
