Managers coming by checking continuosly on if service is adequate!!! Food comes quickly. Place is always clean. Atmosphere is laid back and postive vibe. Our go to place when not dining at home. “My husband and I’ve been meaning to go to irrationale kitchen for a year now. We finally had a time tonight to go and have a leisurely late dinner. We ordered the irrationale burger with a side of brussels sprouts, the wedge salad, and the chocolate cake for dessert! The hamburger was excellent! A nice smoked hamburger with barbecue sauce, onion rings, bacon, cheese, and all the toppings. I thought the brussels sprouts were delicious and the wedge salad was perfect. We’re glad we decided to opt for dessert. The chocolate cake was like a molten cake with an orange or citrus flavor with a scoop of ice cream that melted deliciously on the Nice warm cake. The service was great. Our waiter was attentive, and we will definitely be back! And the atmosphere was so nice that we could have a quiet conversation.“

Got a bacon wrap and the bacon was so crispy and also got a honey mustard chicken wrap and the chicken was crunchy enough and I dipped it in honey mustard and also I got a strawberry cheesecake shake with oreo added and my friend got a caramel fudge shake. The milkshakes are probably my favorite thing they have. Superb!!!“

“I love going here for happy hour with my girlfriends. It has a wonderful outdoor seating area and they allow dogs. The food is amazing. I highly recommend the sweet potato fries and the chicken Gyro. There was my two go too Items on the menu over the past six years I think I’ve tried just about everything on the menu no complaints whatsoever“

“It was our pleasure to dine at the Cookeville, TN Red Lobster at 1410 Interstate Dr. on December 12. Although it was our first time, our guest at the table is a repeat customer. Our Server Denise did an excellent job of taking our order and delivering our food in a timely manner. Butch, Sheila, and Flo (Leaders and Manager) were beyond helpful to us. Justin, our guest, ordered his favorite meal, which included an entire lobster. My husband and I didn’t know how to break down a whole lobster so at that point, the manager came over, sat at our table and assisted in the process! In all my years, I have never seen such personalized service and kindness shown to a customer that really was in need of assistance. I highly recommend that you take your family to this restaurant and see for yourself the outstanding service offered by this crew of people! The kindness shown to us was beyond hospitality! It certainly was more like family! We wish you and all your staff a wonderful new year! Thank you again!“

“My girlfriend and I tried Bobby Q’s for the first time last weekend. She had the Smoked Chicken which was outstanding. The smoked flavor was deep into the meat. The macaroni and cheese is flavorful and creamy. I’m not a Mac n cheese fan and I thought it was delicious. I had the fried catfish which was flaky and not overcooked. It had just the right amount of breading and the seasoning was perfect. The hush puppies were next level. Some of the best I’ve ever eaten. I always get coleslaw with fish and I was not disappointed. It is a creamy slaw just like I prefer. We live in Crossville and Bobby Q’s beats the brakes off of any place out here. We will definitely be back soon.“

“It was our first time to Spankies and I can say we will definitely go back. Our waiter Decklan was very personable and attentive! All the food was amazing. And the fried green tomatoes were the best I've had! My daughter had the fried chicken kabobs. The chicken was very juicy. It was a great find with no wait. Decklan was the best waiter we've had in awhile.

“Orders are done at a kiosk to the left as you come in. Luckily a patron told me what to do after standing near the dining area for awhile. There are cash only kiosks, but they are labeled. A ticket is supposed to be printed after paying. Nothing on the screen directs you to take the QR code ticket or where to find it. Confusing and again a patron helped.

The food was good, fresh, and hot. I ordered extra lettuce but only one leaf was on the sandwich. I'm not going to have it remade over less lettuce, wasteful.
The lady at the drink station was helpful in assisting using the QR codes to get your drink. I noticed there were many issues and she handled them.
Another employee was constantly cleaning the dining area. It looked great.“

“I was looking for a quick bite on my way home. After craving fish. Ordered. The two piece dinner with a beverage and a side. To my surprise the food came out immediately. Got my Dr Pepper fountain drink and plastic utensels. The place was clean and free of debri.lots of seating space. The table had paper towels on a rool. The fish was fairly large portions,average non greasy breading the fish was firm with no fishey odor. The side of coleslaw was also fresh with no old refrigerator smell. An added bonus was a hushpuppy and two small condiments of tarter sauce. The one thing they could do without was the left over fryer crunchy bits.under the fish.overall it was very tasty and filled me up for the ride home.“
