It was busy on a Friday night. However order had been called in but still had to wait 20 mins.
Every employee looked at the guest waiting at the register and kept walking. No one stopped to help or acknowledge us. Walked to bar where employee had been staring at us, as I approached he walked away into the side room. Got another gentleman to help ( I think a manager) who just said oh they were probably busy making orders. Our fries were old n cold.
