The food is always great and we love going to the play room. Always clean and nice. I miss the old crew. accidently spilled a drink and cashier preceded to ask me why and declare that she doesnt get paid enough to clean up after me. Rude.
Friendly staff clean and fast service food was nice and hot prepared very neatly not thrown together like a lot of fast food places
The playland was very dirty and trash underneath the slides and the trash can was over flowed to the floor. The employees could do better, alot of kids play there.

Burger King offers a pleasant dining experience with hot and fresh food, great service, and a clean restaurant. While some locations may have inconsistencies, the Crossville branch stands out with its excellent service. Orders, such as Whoppers and chicken wraps, are made with care and presented neatly. However, some customers have experienced issues with food temperature and soda machines.
