This is the second location for Don Carbon Express in Middle Tennessee. What a great addition to Hendersonville. I've been eagerly anticipating the arrival of Don Carbon as there are a couple of great Taquerias in town but the lines are long (a good sign) so there's demand in town for another Taqueria. Great spot for authentic Mexican. It's cooked to order, the chorizo is spiced perfect, the grilled chicken is fire, and the tacos de barri, is ridiculous. They offer 4 types of fresh salsa for chips, and food is usually out within 5-7 minutes.

This place is LEGIT !! Closest place in Cookeville to Cali Mexican food, definitley give it a try, just make sure to order your Carne Asada Buritto with no lettuce or crema. do that and they afe BOMB !!
