Went there on 1/29 and the fries were so salty we couldn't eat them. I love their fries, but you needed to rinse them with water to eat them.

Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings has been a place for over 10 years with many great memories. The chicken, fries, sauces, and toast are always amazing. However, the quality of the food has really deteriorated since Covid, and with the price of everything, it is not worth it. A bill for 4 people was over $60, and a $14 salad is still made incorrectly 9 out of 10 times. On the other hand, the traditional wings are worth the 10+ minute wait, coming out sizzling hot and fresh. One location finally got the "extra wet" wings right, making it the best Zaxby’s meal ever. The staff goes out of their way every time, giving a lot of hope for humanity. The restaurant is well off the interstate but an easy three minute drive with plenty of parking. The order was taken quickly but took a while to receive, and it was so cold inside that jackets were needed.
