Just left Gene’s Place after having my go to cup of chili and hubby had soft pretzel with a really good cheese dipping sauce. We switched plates and he liked my chili and I had the pretzel with cheese.! It’s all soooo good! If you haven’t stopped in yet you’re missing something!
My wife and I tried Gene’s out this weekend. The food was excellent, the best pizza I’ve had in Cookeville. Will definitely be back!
Chose their new menu item, grilled chicken sandwich last time we visited. Very good!! Mayo, onions, lettuce, tomato & a bag of chips. Perfecter !!

The food is amazing, with pizzas having a good crispy crust, large toppings, and very good sauce. The garlic cheesy bread and margarita pizza are also popular options. Although not the cheapest option, the quality and taste justify the price tag. Overall, Gene's Place Pizzeria & Pub is a solid spot that is highly recommended, with friendly staff and a great experience.
