Was there on June 2 2025 around 9:50 the person taking the order was rude and cut us off before finishing our order and sent us to pay screen when we page them back and us if we can finish our order they were unapologetic and continue to be rude, we asked several times for no lettuce and they still proceed to put lettuce on our food. This is the worst sonic in town

We ordered food and they took so long we had to ring in again to remind them. However when they get to the car, they say they can only take cash and if we don’t have cash, they have to take the food back. We had already started eating and drinking and they made us give the food back. Absolutely ridiculous policy (since they didn’t tell us in the first place that their card readers had been down all night) and the employees just blamed the owners. They said they were being forced by owners to take the food back. Said we could come back with cash for our food that had been sitting around for 30 minutes at that point. Won’t be back!

Ordered 3 peice chicken meal, ended up with 3 chicken nugget size peices of chicken, ordered large fries got half of a order, same with my husband, grandsons wackypack had more food then what we received, not even the right size, waisted 30 bucks on much of nothing

Saturday evening I went to this location and would give zero starts if I could. The worst fast food experience I’ve had in my LIFE. We ordered our food and proceeded to wait 20 minutes. Everyone around us had left and we were the only car still waiting. We hit the button again to verify they had received our order and sounded like it was looked over. They finally bring the food out and said they had to run our card inside. No problem- we start eating our food as we wait. The employee comes back and says their card reader is down and that they’re only taking cash. We did not have cash nor were we told that prior to ordering. As we are actively eating the food she says if we don’t have cash she needs the food back. I then asked for the manager, because asking for the food back half eaten was beyond ridiculous. The male manager came out and said he needed the food back and blamed the owner, saying it was the owners orders to get the food back, knowing they’d have to just throw it in the trash. CRAZY BEHAVIOR.

Customer service is not an easy task. I ordered a bacon burger with no cheese and a lettuce bun. Originally it came out incorrectly, but the manager was very sweet, had it made fresh and correctly. A+ on customer service on this young manager tonight.
Hopefully these cooks start sending out food that the way they would like to eat it the first time so this Sonic can get back to where it used to be....jam packed.

Ordered a super sonic breakfast burrito with extra tomatoes the only thing on it was eggs 2 tater tots and sausage. This place needs to teach the employees what is on the menu. Super disappointed

Gave the girl our money and she just keep the rest of my money, instead she said have a good night and they shot the lights off on me and my dad. Very rude and unprofessional. I get it was late bit my dad was hungry and they were technically still open. Rude.
