I'm biased about sonics only have dine outside or in a car (if u have or r in one..) besides that small mix up with order but everything else went well. Still recommend to anyone.

Sonic sits right off the main strip, right next to the Walmart plaza, and it stays busy for a reason. The drive-in setup makes it simple to grab something on the go, and the menu has enough variety to keep everyone in the car happy. They run deals often through their app, including discounted drinks, half-price shakes after 8pm, and rotating food specials, so it is easy to save a little without trying. My favorite is their 24/7 breakfast options. Feels like a life hack. The service moves quickly, the stalls turn over fast. Sonic has been able to keep that classic feel without looking dated minus the roller skates. 😂

We have gone to Sonic for years. Last week when we got home with our food, the 2 soft pretzels we ordered and paid for were not in our bag. The girl that brought our food to the car asked if we wanted our receipt. I replied no. Never had a problem in the past. Went to Sonic today. I told them at the beginning of my order they owed me the 2 pretzels I had ordered and paid for last week but never received. After two of their employees coming out to the car to ask about the situation, they informed me they could not give me the pretzels I had ordered and paid for but they left out of my order. This was less than $4.00 worth of food. They said it was because I didn't call back and tell them and I didn't have a receipt because their girl asked if I wanted it I ordered and paid for my food including the pretzels. It was their fault they didn't put them in the bag. It was their fault they gave me an option to receive a receipt. With their policy, which they said was decided by the owner, they should make sure everyone receives their receipt. Lastly, by not giving me the 2 pretzels which I had paid for because the owner said I didn't call in and didn't have a receipt tells me they didn't trust me. I will not patronize a company that does not trust or respects me. I will buy from someone else.

Was there on June 2 2025 around 9:50 the person taking the order was rude and cut us off before finishing our order and sent us to pay screen when we page them back and us if we can finish our order they were unapologetic and continue to be rude, we asked several times for no lettuce and they still proceed to put lettuce on our food. This is the worst sonic in town

We ordered food and they took so long we had to ring in again to remind them. However when they get to the car, they say they can only take cash and if we don’t have cash, they have to take the food back. We had already started eating and drinking and they made us give the food back. Absolutely ridiculous policy (since they didn’t tell us in the first place that their card readers had been down all night) and the employees just blamed the owners. They said they were being forced by owners to take the food back. Said we could come back with cash for our food that had been sitting around for 30 minutes at that point. Won’t be back!
