Waited over 40 minutes for 3 gift cards and 2 wraps if I hadn't already paid I would have left sent message to sonic and was told I should have talked to manager on duty my question was who is the manager on duty hard to tell who manager was when I only seen 2 girls running orders in and out people showed up after we got there and got there stuff and was gone before we got anything very upsetting

I’ve been ordering the number 11 for years. All the sudden they stopped giving half of the meal, it’s supposed to come with toast, one onion ring, and a cup of gravy. Every time I order this now I literally only get fries and chicken strips, what happened to the rest of the meal? The price is the same but now there’s less food. I’m disappointed and won’t be back.

Updated 12-29-2023I got an email from Sonic, two important take-aways. 1) "IF the cheeseburger had no bacon" suggesting that I would go through all that over $1.00 and lie.2) In order to get compensated I HAVE to install their app. I have no restaurant apps and don't want them. Sonic can't make this right without doing so on their terms and conditions. I will contact my credit card company and ask them about this. She ordered me a Cheeseburger "add bacon" she was charged $1.00 extra for the bacon. She left Sonic with the order and came home. Once here I inspected the food and no bacon. I have emailed the HQ but don't really expect them to make this right.Their prices have really gotten out of control. We stopped there and got 2 shakes, almost $16 and yet we were asked for a tip as well. That was shocking. Sonic is a carhop, meaning lower overhead then sit in eating places, yet they have higher prices then most and tipping is EXPECTED. I do not understand why they charge 3x's what most places do and the only thing the carhop does is bring your food out to you and they still expect a tip. WOW.

Went to this location because both Cookeville locations were either not accepting card or not accepting mobile orders. All 3 locations were swamped because of 50¢ corndogs on Halloween. It took my friends maybe 5 minutes to get their food, but about 30 for mine. Everything was good, the time difference is my only complaint.

Food is always cold. Always. Like, not even warm to the touch. If I order something without onions, it has onions. If I ask for mustard, I either get no mustard and all of the mayo in the world, or all of the mustard in TN. No one wants that much condiment on a burger. The fries and tots are always cold, burnt and greasier than anything. I've been there 3 times in 3 years, always hoping it will be better next year. Here's to 2024. And no, I'm not giving it 2 stars like ot says. 0/5 stars. For some reason it auto-generates a rating.

We were ready to order and pressed the button, but apparently the staff rather chat it up for then take an order. Wasted 20 minutes of our time not taking our order. We pressed the buttin again. We could see the restaurant was not understaffed, employee who clocked out about 9pm gave us an unwarranted smile as she walked to her car. Absolutely unprofessional. Same person was talking to the rest of the staff in full view of us.We left and went to the nearest Taco Bell to eat where they served us quickly and with professionalism.
