Order was late. I ordered at 6:07. It was supposed to be ready at 6:25. At 6:25 they hadn't even started my order. They helped everyone in the store, including people that came in after me before they started my order. My phone said it was ready but they hadn't even started it. My sandwich wasn't good...the bread was so tough I had a hard time eating it. At 6:38 I finally got my order. Isn't the point of ordering online to avoid the wait in long line?

I ordered dinner on the app. I added a generous tip. I was given a time it would be ready. I went to pick the order up at the drive thru. After 10 minutes no one ever came to the window. I pulled around the building, parked, and went inside. After a few minutes I asked if my online order was ready. The order was laying there and hadn't even been started. I was told they don't do anything with the app. I asked if I could cancel my order and was told "not easily". After another 10 - 15 minutes my order was hurriedly thrown together. So my conclusion after 30 - 35 minutes I determined ordering on the app or going through the drive thru is totally useless!

PLEASE ANSWER THE PHONE!! Look I get it, you're human, humans make mistakes, but y'all got our order wrong today, I ordered online, I have been calling all day since I left, and no one answers, it rings & then says, sorry the mailbox is full. Very unprofessional and just not good business. If I can't get an answer today, I am going to be contacting the corporate.

Every time we try to get a sub through the drive through, nobody comes to the window.I realize they might be understaffed but they can at least close the drive through with a sign drive through closed. So nobody sits there for twenty minutes for nothing.

This Subway is always clean. Good service. I've always received great service, but today, I did not receive the footlong Cinnabon I ordered. Did not realize until I got back home. Oh, well. Not a biggie.
Went to drive thru no one came to window so backed up to drive over drive bell again and still no one so we pecked on window. Girl took order and sent another girl with our order and she proceeded to tell us we were disrespectable for pecking on window and for us not to do it again. Our sandwiches were not as should have been.

My daughter was excited to try the $2 churro they have on the window and we went thru the drive thru to grab one. The lady that waited on me was beyond rude & tried to charge me $4 something at first then I questioned the price and she changed it to $3 something saying her manager said to charge for six cookies.she asked if I wanted her to call her manager so I said sure. She walked away looking at a cell phone and came back with another lady and just ended up opening the window back up and telling me the total was still the three something. The woman was incredibly rude and basically said to accept being overcharged or no churro. Won't go back to this location.

I'm not sure why we continue ordering here. Every single time, the sandwiches look sloppy and unappetizing and the people working here could care less about the customer or the car at the drive-thru window. 0 and 3 on the takeout order, it's wrong every time.

I don't know why so many bad reviews st this subway best one I have been at I door dash and their great how they handle the order down to getting me out fast...my personal orders are always perfect I ordered on the app at 11at night and asked for it to be delivered it was here at 1127 and it was hot and fresh perfect in every way exactly how I wanted it thanks soooo much went to the Walmart one and the guy was rude and messed up my order so bad I won't go bak to that one I'll stay loyal to this one
