My friends and I shared the most delicious meal here! This is hands down the best Ethiopian food I have ever had. Every dish was flavorful, sizzling hot, and came to the table quickly. Excellent service, friendly staff, comfortable environment. 10/10 recommend!

Our server kindly offered her expertise in assisting us in choosing our orders as were new to Ethiopian cuisine. Each dish was beautifully plated and offered rich flavors and aromas. The charming décor, coupled with soft traditional music, created a peaceful and pleasing atmosphere that allowed conversation with the meal. With exceptional service and delicious food, Abem Ethiopian Coffee & Kitchen is a must-try.

Beautiful, spacious restaurant with friendly service. The best part, of course, is the food. So authentic with the real flavors of Ethiopia. My son said it tastes like his grandmother (Taba) is in the kitchen. I have been searching for good Ethiopian food in Nashville since my favorite restaurant closed about 4-5 years ago. This is it! So glad you opened here!

Food was great! First time experience and would definitely do it again. We even had popcorn and coffee at the end! (Try mixing the seasoning on the table with the popcorn it's pretty good!)

My first time trying Ethiopian food and it was amazing. Our server was also thoughtful and kind and gave great recommendations. We had the Melawah and Medames with egg. Both were delicious. Will be back again soon.

Amazing service. We spontaneously picked this place to eat and we show up and the owner was very helpful. I have never tried Ethiopian food and he made sure I got something I would like. He let us try stuff we’ve never had and overall was a great experience. Very clean restraunt, very clean food and awesome service. Deserved nothing but a 10/10

This was a surprisingly good Ethiopian restaurant. The food was delicious, the place was inviting and clean. Genet (I think the owner) was very friendly and personable. My pregnant wife really enjoyed the whole experience. We will definitely go back whenever we are in town.
