I recently visited Arby’s and had a terrible experience that left my family and me extremely disappointed. We ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich, and an hour after eating, we started feeling very sick due to the chicken being raw. I even provided a picture as proof of the raw chicken when I called and returned to the restaurant. I spoke to Kinesha, the manager, expecting a refund given the serious health risk. However, she was incredibly rude and dismissive, telling us we were “out of luck” and refusing to help—she didn’t even offer to remake the food. This experience was both frustrating and unacceptable, especially with such a serious food safety concern. I hope management addresses this situation to ensure it doesn’t happen to others.

I was immediately impressed by the customer service and how great the manager was with the employees. Today makes my third time visiting this location since it’s open. Once through drive-through. (Great experience) And the last two times from purchasing during lunch and leaving. I love how they’re always just so friendly as soon as I hit the door, lol It feels good to go somewhere and know that the people are being nice and it’s not scripted ? I always get the market fresh turkey, but today they recommended that I try the Gyro turkey and it Delicious!!!!!!!

I waited excitedly for a week for this location to open! However? That excitement is GONE!My first visit will be my lastHow can your lemonade machines NOT work on your first day being open? I don't know, but they were. I ordered the Hi-C fruit punch, and it was watery with no flavor.I ordered the Smokehouse brisket only to discover the sandwich was room temperature. The cheese looked like it had been on the sandwich for an hour.And to top it off? No receipt to show proof of this debacle.By the way...the online ordering in the app is disabled.Not a great first Impression. At least the fries were good and hot.

This location is NOT CURRENTLY OPEN. I came to this location because there were a few 5 star reviews, which led me to assume construction had finished. Construction has BARELY begun. Please do not visit here until the owners formally state construction is done, and they’re open for business, at which point I’ll modify my review. Save yourself the trip.
