It's an Arby's. But it's a clean Arby's. Food is good and hot. But it's still Arby's, still a fast food place.

I eat a Arby's at least once a week. My go to is the Smoke House Brisket combo. Luv it!! This store in Antioch is newer and very clean and well managed...Service is great and very friendly...If you are in the area check them out.

Horrible service. The lady had a nasty attitude and when we paid she served us the drinks without ice. If you know that you’re going to deal with people please don’t apply for these jobs.
I ordered thru Doorfash. They left out 1/2 pound roast beef sandwich h and a cheddar beef. Fries were only half full. Reordered the sandwiches they left out. Cost me 22.00 extra dollars including tip. Guess what ? I only got fries and a coke. Really????? Cost me over 80.00 to get two hamburgers, two half filled fries. SOMEONE is NOT doing their job. If I were able to drive I would. One mistake, but twice….
We walked in and the building was empty. No one at front to take order. We could see one female employee through the kitchen. About 30 seconds went by and she came towards the register. No greeting, no asking to take our order, just silence. Second female employee came to register, same thing. No greeting, no asking if they could take our order. We turned around, walked out the door, and went next door to Chipotle. No wonder there was no orders on screen, no cars in parking lot or customers in the store. Customer Service was non existent.

I’m only giving 1 star because most of the younger staff here are great — polite, fast, and professional. The food itself is usually fine too. However, there is one female employee who is consistently unhygienic, and it’s gotten to the point where I cannot eat food from this location anymore.
From the very first time I visited when this location opened, she had toilet tissue literally hanging from her nose while taking my payment at the window. I thought maybe it was a one-time issue, but fast forward almost a year later, and every time I encounter her, it’s the same thing: constant sniffling, snot visibly running down her nose, and a very obvious “sniffly” voice when she speaks.
Today (September 6), it reached an unacceptable level. She was handling food with one glove on, using that same gloved hand to wipe her nose, then proceeding to ring up orders, take payments, and hand out food bags. I watched this happen right in front of me. There is no world where someone with visible bodily fluids running down their face should be allowed to handle food or customer transactions.
Out of pure disgust and concern for sanitation, I will not be eating the food I was given today — it’s going straight to the trash or being donated. I should have just driven away when I saw her at the window again, but I assumed others would be preparing the food.
To be clear: other staff at this location are wonderful, especially one young man who is always friendly and professional. But allowing this particular employee to continue serving food while visibly sick, unsanitary, and careless is a health hazard.
Until Arby’s addresses this issue, I cannot recommend the Century Farms location to anyone.
Hair in our curly fries :( No au jus with my french dip :( Curly fries were fresh and hot, we just couldn't eat them bc of the hair :(

always a terrible experience. either it’s slow or your order has something missing or wrong. clearly no one working here cares about the business
I had the pleasure of dealing with the manager Tony during my visit. He has the most positive attitude and my order was perfect, exactly what I had ordered. I’m very pleased with the experience there. I’ll visit that Arby’s again for sure!

they always overcook the chicken on cordon blue sandwich or it may very well be they never change their grease in the fryer. the ham on chicken cordon blue is also like the chicken it is glued to the bun never cooked properly always like its been sitting for hours under a heat lamp see pics. And the half lb roast beef sandwich we ordered with tomato and as you can see in pics had runny cheese on it along with their barbeque sauce which we didnt order.

If you want your business to continue to thrive please give Jerry and the purple haired girl a raise. They are very kind managers that care about their customers. They are quick to make sure to fix anything that goes wrong. (My order is usually only cheese and it confuses people) Food is always fresh and delicious. Dining area is clean. I come weekly with my children especially when we have coupons from the mail.

I see a lot of negativity in the previous reviews but I had a great meal here. The people were friendly, the food was well assembled, the lobby was nicely taken care of and even the landscaping was perfect. The only thing I could complain about is the corny soundtrack playing overhead. Hopefully these 2 for $7 ham and cheese will end soon before it permanently clogs an artery. They are a tasty deal. As far as a franchise location goes, it's a 5 for this company.

ALL food handlers should wear gloves! Including the cashiers. I don’t even want to eat my food because the person who handled it was scratching her unkept hair. How gross
