This is the second, and last time I come to this location. I didn’t want to leave a bad review the first time because I wanted to give them another chance. When I first came here the employees have not a lick of customer service, bad attitudes. Dirty tables, and now I come here the second time and the store says they open at 11am, no one is here, and it’s way past 11am. This store either needs complete new employees that actually have customer service skills, or to be closed down.

These other reviews about the staff and cleanliness are spot on. As soon as we walked in we noticed all of the tables had chairs stacked on top of them which implies, "you're not going to eat your ice cream in my store!" Then we noticed the guy behind the counter. He's wearing a slightly dirty tank top t-shirt and looks like he just rolled out of bed. As we stood in line waiting to place our order, we started noticing the grunge and grime all around the store. Then, I start thinking, am I really going to eat anything that this guy serves up to me? And, I'll have to eat my banana split out in the car? Oh never mind, it's really not my day for an ice cream treat so we walked out.

Terrible place to get ice cream place was a mess and the employees working there were arguing because they didn’t want to serve us there was ice cream all over the place and it was just disgusting

I’m currrbtly here July 13-22 both employees straight on their phone talking and they really don’t care about people at all . Have the sign turned off . And they said they ran out of everything . It’s so sad how the owner hire people like this . Her business going go down

This establishment is DISGUSTING and the customer service is terrible . They literally have children in here running the store and close the store BEFORE 10pm every night . They currently just closed at 8:34pm . It’s unsanitary and the employee literally sprayed the cleaning disinfectant over the ice cream while the ice cream is OPEN!!! They put their hands over the ice cream, they don’t wash their hands nor do they wear gloves! This place should be CLOSED or someone should get a new staff IMMEDIATELY! They literally deserve a ZERO star rating!

I've given this shop a few opportunities but the only consistency is my disappointment. I do like having the occasional hot Fudge Sundae but they don't seem to know what Fudge is... that or they use it interchangeably with syrup. On a previous visit I ordered a Sundae and I received syrup without them even notifying me that they didn't have Fudge.On 6/1/22, I gave them another shot. They didn't have my preferred icecream so I requested something else as a milkshake...well they didn't have milk either. Given my previous experience with the Fudge thing, I asked if they had Fudge. I was told that they did so I picked a 3rd option as a Sundae. When I received the Sundae, can you guess what it didn't have? I'll give you a hint; it rhythms with Budge...as in, I've decided not to return and in that decision, I won't budge.Another issue seems to be sporadic hours. I don't go there often but I've approached a few times during normal business hours and they are closing up for the night.I was tempted to give it 1 star but if you're flexible on when you go and what you prefer, it's still your typical BR icecream.

Unfriendly and unhelpful staff gave me the wrong ice cream flavor and tried to convince me it was the one I had asked for. Wouldn’t correct the error, and when asked to do so they simply said l “ok,” as if my ice cream was a favor from them personally instead of a product I paid money for.Hilariously bad service. There are other shops in town and they clearly want your business more than this one.

At 9pm internet says store is Open until 10pm. At 904 pm their Open light is blinking Open but door is locked and crew cleaning up. They will not open door to serve at least 3 different customers! This is not the first time it has happened! Not coming back. Suggest everyone Complain to corporate -I did!

they always close before the hours they have on the sign posted on the door upon entering.. workers usually aren’t trained properly to give guest food customer service. i have officially stopped going to this location all together as it’s just not worth the headache anymore.. the Mt Juliet location is much more satisfying!

Place was a mess ice cream all over the floor. Two girls working were yelling at a little girl, smearing ice cream all over each other, and completely ignoring us. At one point one of the girls left completely and the other continued to flirt with the person in front of us. We spent 20 minutes standing there and didn’t even get an glance in our direction, left without ever being spoken too. Awful.

Went to this location yesterday bc we were nearby and ordered 3 banana split. It was obvious the employee who helped us was new and wasn’t trained adequately or simply did not want to be at work (which we all understand). Unfortunately, the employee took more than 25 mins making our order and by the time she was making the last banana split the first two were already melted. I paid for all three but only took bc I was not going to take melted ice cream back home. They never offered to remake them or any sort of customer service apology. To the manager - do not leave two minors working an ice cream shop on a Saturday afternoon by themselves while they’re slammed. Also, TRAIN your employees to better service your clients.
