The food is delicious. On the plate of food they put a pound of rice and no meat.the terrible service with those bitter women who serve reluctantly if they don't want to work don't do itOne is not going to ask them for a gift or on loan. They should change staff, I'm not going back to that place.

Very bad customer service, the person who takes the order seems to have not taught manners, and they are all like this, it is worth emphasizing very bad customer service

Food was good, but $18 for 3 pastelitos? Plus another dollar if you pay by card? Wish the prices were posted, wish you could order just one pastelito since they are well stuffed.

The shopkeeper almost insults you when she serves you, I never go back to that place, a shame for the owners who lose their customers because of the cashier.

Terrible customer service. I am Mexican and I love Honduran food. The owners should address these comments because I am not the only one who expresses this, I used to consume a lot at Delicias las catrachas but they also have terrible customer service

It is a shame that for Honduran gastronomy, chicken in spices that is overcooked is hard, dry, tasteless like the day before and reheated, losing texture and they have the courage to sell that, you cannot eat that chicken and the attention is grudging as if If one were to ask them, it would be like never to return. I hope the owners or managers read the comments to improve everything.

Coco Baleada is my favorite place in all of Nashville for Honduran food! This establishment is a premium authentic option, it's not your typical "food stand" which I love--if you are worried about "standing around" for your food during the cold or hot months and don't want to wait outside at one of their picnic tables, don't worry as they have electronic buzzers so you can wait in your car until your food is ready. Their baleadas are AMAZING and freshly handmade!

The attention is terrible, those women take care of you with their paws. The food is delicious, but the staff is very pedantic.

There are bitter women and you are there to take care of them, as if asking them for free, they were ruined after giving good attention, today they are bitter and pedantic

In all honesty the food is pretty good but the people answering the phone and the cashier has the most disgusting and disrespectful attitude I have ever encountered in my life, I thought this would of been someone having a bad day but it’s been multiple times the same experience.Que mal servicio el de la cajera, odiosa, subida y prepotente… buena comida pero que mala atención

They should serve the customer better, when answering calls and also when the order is picked up.
