I tried Fat Boy’s for the first time a week ago today (10/2). I just came back for the third time this week. And here’s why:

1) Quality - my goodness. It’s smoked to perfection. I’ve only tried the pulled pork and brisket. I’ve got the brisket back to back times, and it’s incredible.

2) Price - bbq joints give you a quarter pound of bbq and a slice of bread for $20. I got easily over a half a pound of brisket, double order of fries...

This was my first time trying this spot and I was a little skeptical but this place delivered in a huge way! The customer service was wonderful! Very nice and kind people there.

I got the rib tip plate with potato salad and baked beans. The ribs were very tender and moist. Could of used a bit more seasoning for my liking but they definitely weren't bland! The bbq sauce added all the flavor I needed!
