When I walked in the staff was friendly and welcoming! My order was ready in a timely manner and came out looking incredible! The chicken sandwich was cooked to perfection and the fries were seasoned perfectly. I will be going back!

Avoid the Antioch location like the plague. They charge you more than their menu says, and when you bring it up to them they don’t give a crap about it. Also got my order wrong. Literally the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to, but that’s typical for this part of town.

So this is my 2nd time here, this place needs to be updated or closed for a deep cleaning! The food is terrible/ greasy. The workers don't understand you, or you have to repeat your order multiple times, then it was wrong when I got it. This place has went down hill. Chex grill and wings is my choice, will not be returning here!!

I used to come here every single day! Since the new people came in, my order is wrong or something is missing! The girl at the front counter is hella rude and has a bad attitude most days and I’m not sure if she is overwhelmed or just carries a bad attitude but I know I have to find a new hot chicken spot because this location has declined! Last week I ordered something on the menu that was 12.99 and total it’s usually 13 and some change but my total ended up being $16 and some change! I inquired about it and she said we have a new system but I ordered tenders on a separate ticket and it was 7.99 like the menu states it is! I literally used to come here everyday and I’m disappointed with how the service has declined!

This place is donkey noodles! It’s no flavor. All these ppl in the reviews had me fooled. I waited all day to eat and I trusted strangers in the reviews. Fish was dry n overcooked. The wings tasted like nothing!!!! Like air and cayenne. The potato salad was the star of the night. Baked beans were ok if u like sweet n sour baked beans.

Ate here for the first time and it was delicious! I had the drumsticks medium and fried pickles. Everything came out fresh and piping hot! The drumsticks were crunchy and juicy. SO good!! My husband and son had the crispy chicken loaded fries. There was none left! Highly recommend! The gentleman at the counter was so nice and helpful!

Would not spend my money here on the wings. They were huge and my wings were not tossed in sauce. The sauce was squirted on from a bottle smh.
