Stopped in on a road trip and this Jimmy John’s delivered exactly what we love about the brand — fresh ingredients, consistent quality, and fast service. But what really stood out this time was the new Italian toasted sandwich — packed with flavor and a great twist on their usual cold subs. Highly recommend giving it a try!

Ordered a normal regular sub, chips and a drink. The person taking my order didn’t give me the cup so I just grabbed one. The older man then proceeded to yell at me saying I didn’t pay for that and I need to grab a different cup. Excuse me but if you’re going to be crazy about 4 ounces of a cup you’re going to have to hand me the cup that I paid for. Service was really rough. Definitely not going back to this location which sucks because I love jimmy johns.
I called to place an order. They put me on hold and I waited forever. After seeing on my phone the call was around 7 minutes, it was clear to me they didn't want my business. This was at the Antioch location
