Tonight will be my last order here. I’ve only had a few times but usually order early in the day. Those were great.
Placed an order this evening with an ASAP pickup. I actually arrived later than my pickup time and to my surprise the order was not even done despite them telling me it was ready. It was only two pizzas and some sides with a drink. I had to stand there and wait another 10 mins for food they told me to come get. The absolute worst part, is that in my rush to just get back I didn’t look at the order but who I assume is the mngr looked right at me and told me my order as if it was all there and I left. I got all the way home, the grease was all dried up in the box, this was not a fresh pizza- the pizza was STALE, hard to tear the slices apart stale, you had to pull the pizza away from your mouth with FORCE.. it looked like it was just reheated week old leftovers and it wasn’t even the simple two topping I ordered.
I was handed this food by someone who clearly knew what I ordered as they told me that’s what was inside and either made no bother to make sure it was my food in the box or didn’t think I’d care that it wasn’t. And even if I had ordered and only paid for a one topping- who would want a pizza that clearly was old and reheated? I didn’t even feel like going to get the pizza so I did all that for nothing and still have to cook. The time of day should not change the QUALITY of food. Hot and ready is not enough if serving OLD pizza.
The sides were a joke too- the pizza puffs looked nothing like advertised, whoever cooked really didn’t have a damn to spare. The crazy bread was the only thing fresh and it wasn’t baked long enough. They didn’t even have the drink I was charged for so I got more pathetic puffs to compensate but they look ridiculous. Whole meal is in the garbage.
ETA: removed a service star- when I called about the order the phone was answered “hello” like a personal call instead of a restaurant. They then lied saying they were refunding my order but did not- so now I will have my bank take care of it. Completely unprofessional and horrible service from sale to refund.

Customer service is terrible. Doesn’t carry normal Little Caesar’s items. If you want crazy bread be prepared to wait and charged more than the other Little Caesar’s around because “that’s not a normal menu item they make. I won’t be going back. Even the sausage pizza I got (just a normal sausage, nothing extra) was over 8 dollars. I couldn’t believe it. This location at the gas station is a disappointment.
