Everything about this place seems welcoming but the service and the attitude of the servers were non welcoming nor asked if help was needed the food was lackluster the meat seemed cheap, nothing but fatty parts to make it seem like it’s a lot also nothing tends to be in order the soda machines was out 70% of the menu was not available all together it’s need work but to each their own nice spot to get a beer I guess. The atmosphere is not bad.

I ordered delivery this time, although have ate here in past. Their birria is pretty good. Only complaint is using store chips. I couldve save $8 and got my own santitos chips. The cheese was also not warm at all and clumpy.

Ordered Uber eats from this place and was supposed to get the Birria special but they did not honor the special and I was left without food. Will not order again because this is the SECOND time it has happened. Take the deal off of uber eats if you’re not going to honor it???

If u could give one star I would I decided to come hear instead of going to Chex grill or another Mexican place. They young lady at the counter was so deep in her phone that she didn’t even see me come up I had to tell her hey I’m ready to order because, she didn’t greet me what’s over ever. Anywho I wanted to try something different and was deciding between the steakfries or buffalo chicken fries. The young lady barely spoke English and couldn’t recommend anything. Never the less I got the chicken fries. When I opened up the box I was excited as it was a lot of food! However, when I started going into the fried it was old and soggy so I called right back and the manager argued with me normally when food is fresh and you put it into a box there is some type of perspiration in the box there wasn’t. I called the store and the lady argued with me to tell me I can come back same day it’s the day before thanksgiving and I got this to drive on the road to see family. So you don’t ask any probing questions or for my name you just tell me what works for you and don’t ask the customer what works for them….. I asked are you the manager and she says no he’s on break…. Wow. I won’t be going back looks as those someone said the same thing about the fries as I did.

The food and service was good. The atmosphere was great due to the karaoke setup. DJ Louric was dope she’s definitely added to my restaurant experience. I’ll definitely go back for the Off The hook karaoke on Friday night

The food and atmosphere is always great! Going in Friday nights are especially a treat when DJ Louric plays his weekly sets. Always provided a balanced approach and complemented the atmosphere.

Extremely slow and very nonchalant about being slow. Zero personality and subpar service. Hope you're not hungry, because speed is not a concern here.

Cups where dirty had black particles in my wife drink and shot glass was dirty they over charge us for margaritas but replaced it with shots food was not even started was seated before a few others got there's fast

Kind of a scam. Be prepared to have things left out of your order. I ordered several times and things were left out. Very disappointing. Don’t order if you want everything you’re ordering.

The food is good, but they should hire people who know how to serve people kindly. Especially in the food part

I placed my order on Friday through Uber eats and I received the order and it was completely wrong I was lucky to speak to a man named James who was excellent at helping me solve the issue. He is an amazing person for you to have at your company he never made me feel like I was at fault it was a glitch in Uber eats so it wasn't even the restaurant's fault but he even offered to deliver me my food personally. He is amazing and I will be back!
