I had an unpleasant experience at this location recently. I went through the drive-thru and ordered two plate meals. The employee didn’t bother to ask if I wanted anything else, such as drinks or additional items, which is standard courtesy.

When I got to the window and asked to add a sweet tea to my order, the manager, Nareem, displayed poor customer service. Instead of simply accommodating my request, he acted rudely and said I’d need to drive around again. This made no sense since I was already at the window and ready to pay.

It’s disappointing when employees, especially managers, lack basic courtesy and professionalism. Customer service is key in the food industry, and this experience fell far below expectations.

I wouldn’t recommend this location unless they address these issues with their staff.

I ordered online and still was asked to sit in the parking lot to wait. The employees were giggling in the intercom making it hard to hear anything. Service wasn’t professional at all.

Usually , this place is okay, but today was disappointing. The person taking my order over the intercom was incoherent and ended up giving me the completely wrong order. I had to drive back to exchange it, and there was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. They just took my bag and handed me the correct food with no communication. Probably won’t be coming here anymore.

Awful service and awful food! Went to place my order at the counter and the guy that served me understood very little English and messed up my order. Instead of redoing the order though, he instead ignored me and started helping another customer instead! Finally got his attention again and managed to get my order fixed.

Got my order and the teriyaki chicken was very rubbery and gross. Ended up not finishing it. At least the fried rice was edible...

They should really come up with a different way to handle delivery orders at night. What is the point of to-go orders if you still have to wait in a 30 minute line while everybody in front has their food made? Make it make sense.
