The chicken was cold, the girl at the drive through told me there’d be a 5 minute wait on noodles, the wanted to argue with me about moving my car and to come back In 5 minutes so they can lie about their ticket times. I work in food, if I had to wait for noodles, why was it cold, and dry?? And let’s not mention how they forgot to add the sauce I asked for with the door locked, I had to walk up to the drive thru to get it. They are rude here.

Ordered over $50.00 of food. Both the “plate(2 full entrées) and. Bigger plate (3 full entrées)
Both were in the same size smell containers.
The 2 entrée plate should have had double beef and broccoli. The 3 entrée plate was supposed to have orange chicken, beef and shrimp and teriyaki chicken.
I don’t have a picture of the two entrée plate, but the two entrée plate had six pieces of beef and three broccoli spears, and one spoonful of rice.
This is what the three entrée plate had.(see photo) It’s supposed to be a three full entrée and two sides. The Styrofoam container as you can see, only held a few pieces of the two entrées, plus the one piece of shrimp and the rest of the entrée that wasn’t there. And there was one scoop of rice.! I’ve always been a loyal customer append express. It’s convenient and in the past has always been great quality. This is unacceptable! When I contacted corporate, they did nothing !

I've had this panda three times now it s horrible. I have ran restaurants for 15 years . The cooks haveno hustle and the food tastes burnt. Out of noodles and 3 entries at 6pm is unexcusable.

I ordered the plate with noodles, Beijing beef, and honey walnut shrimp. Unfortunately, there were no noodles—just cabbage—which was really disappointing. When you're paying this much, you expect to get exactly what you ordered. The shrimp also tasted old, like it had been sitting out too long. Definitely not fresh. The only good thing was the Beijing beef—it was actually delicious. But overall, not getting what I paid for and poor quality shrimp makes this a bad experience. Not good for business.

Panda Express in hickory hollow is serving ramen noodles. The noodles are tiny and thin, no taste.
The team was nice enough ( I went through drive thru). I got a plate with super greens. SUPER NASTY! I don't know what they did to it or of the vegetables were bad, or both. But it tasted awful.

Im just a die hard fan of Panda Express. The staff is always smiling and happy to serve you. The whole menu is good. My favorite tho... the fried rice with veggies and Sesame chicken on top. Its always loaded. And a root beer. For 11.00 $! Im full for most the day

This particular Panda Express has to have the driest chow main and the worst string beans and chicken Ever! This is my second time giving this location a shot. The first time my string beans and chicken was so greasy with thick grease I had to take it back and get my money back. Also I thought the chow main was dry and extremely chunked together just that night but I went today and it’s the same way. Panda Express is one of my favorite fast food restaurants so I know the chow main isn’t supposed to choke you going down. I’m done with this location and it’s sad because it’s the closest one to my house.
