12/31/25 - What a difference a year makes! My original review below was based on a horrible experience. Now, a year later, I can say this location has made a 360 turn for the better. I have no complaints! The food was hot and everything I ordered was better than I expected. I want to highlight the General Manager, Eric, who created an EXCEPTIONAL experience for this visit. He was friendly, professional and greeted every guest! He walked around clearing tables, offering assistance to everyone present. Thank you, Eric! I will definitely be back.
Previous Visit: When this location first opened, the food was amazing! The bread was fresh and the soups were always served hot. I recently visited this location and the ENTIRE experience was a huge disappointment. Ordered (2) Pick Two meals both had broccoli cheddar soup. My sandwich, a chicken frontega had an extremely small amount of chicken on it; more toppings than chicken. I took it to the counter to explain my issue with my sandwich and the manager was rude. The soup was ice cold, not even a little warm. When I explained my issue with the soup to her, she debated me about the temperature, accusing me of not coming to the counter to pick up our oder once we received notification that it was ready, which was not true. She later checked the temp with a thermometer and found that indeed it was not heating. She did not apologize, she offered a different soup as a replacement which was not good at all. Very unhappy with the entire experience. It's a shame, because I was rooting for this location, but I will not return.

This location has the typical Panera problems. Terribly slow and never get the order correct. I waited 15 minutes for 3 items, one was a drink. Game me my food and ran away, but didn’t include a straw. Had to knock on drive thru window to get help. Then pull away and open sandwich and it’s not what I ordered. Waiting back in drive thru to get correct order. It’s been over 20 min since I ordered and I was the only one in line. Probably why

Ordered thru kiosk, never seen the buzzer text me or light up, food remained on the counter, until I went to inquire, the young lady said she would bring my order to the table. But that's not the normal protocol. Ended up taking it out...bummer.

Went in for lunch. Food was fresh and tasted excellent. Restaurant was clean. Menu has grown a lot making it slightly overwhelming to decide on what you want to eat.
