I ordered pizza from there and it was the worse pizza ever I ordered buffalo chicken pizza and and I called the store to make sure my order is right and the girl was asking me if I need a Barbecue on my pizza and I said no I have allergies from barbecue and they still made my pizza with barbecue and when I called the store to speak with a manager she was basically telling me I’m lying and I went to the store to show her the pizza , she was still yelling and saying it’s not barbecue and it’s buffalo and she was having attitude with me and she was so disrespectful and I told her it I wanna speak with the general manager and she said I’m the general manager, and also when I was in store she didn’t even wanted to look at the pizza or even smell and she was telling me do you even know what’s the difference between buffalo and barbecue like she didn’t take it serious it I have allergies from barbecue, she was so disrespectful, and she was telling me it I’m going block you and you can’t order anything from my store again, I like I never order from there again. I will never recommend it

I got the wrong pizza when I called to speak with a manager she was so disrespectful she has a bad attitude she didn’t want a refund or anything, which was very disappointing

I ordered the pizza at 11:15pm and a delivery driver dropped the pizza off at a random unit 45min later. I called the store at 12:30am and they remade the pizza and sent it again. By 1:30am the pizza had still not arrived. I tried calling the store and they were closed. Awful service and awful execution

The switch to door dashing all their orders has completely removed any accountability to provide service. I have yet to not have an issue when ordering delivery. Repeated "issues finding my address" so that the driver can try to avoid getting out of their car, forgotten items, etc. Papa Johns can try to pass the buck of paying for drivers and service being out of their hands but it's their choice to use them and no matter where the fault lies the issue remains that I can't get reliable service if I continue to order from them, so I won't be.

The pizza here is TRASH. I’m not sure what’s worse, the service or the pizza. I politely told the girl in the front who claims to be the manager who isn’t presentable enough for the title, that my pizza was burnt. I’ve eaten at Papa Johns PLENTY of times so I know what a cheese pizza is supposed to look and taste like. It tasted like BREAD which means it was BURNT!! I asked for another one and told her I didn’t mind waiting for it nicely. She tried to make me pay for another pizza. POOR customer service. I see why you guys only have 2.5 stars. I took my money to Panda Express. DO not eat here! Maybe they’ll hire a better manager to ensure quality next time!

I cant not believe the experience i had here. NOBODY USES GLOVES, i was watching them make pizza with out any. I questioned the manager on why and she just said they dont. She did NOT make them put on gloves. At the same time of this i realized 1 of my pizza was done and sitting which was for 15 minutes and i was waiting for the second one. Im telling her this pizza will be cold by the time the 2nd one is done. Her reply.., “if you dont want it ill take it” with the nastiest attitude. I was in awe. This place just needs to be shut down completely. Employees are a mess, manager of her status is a mess. Filthy no gloves, i just dont even know what to say. NEVER AGAIN

It was literally just the toppings. I will not going back.

I placed an order for delivery on Papa John’s website on 7/19/24, it was directed to DoorDash. I selected to pay cash at delivery but 5 minutes after ordering I called to pay with a credit card to be told payment method couldn’t be adjusted because the food was already out for delivery ?. It took DoorDash over an hour to deliver my food when I literally live 8 minutes up the road. The food was cold and dough was soggy. When I called Papa John’s to find a mutual solution all I got was a bad attitude and argumentative behavior. I’m trying to explain that I paid with a cc on the DoorDash app that I was redirected to through Papa John’s ordering app, she continuously cuts me off telling me “I did not pay with a cc I paid cash” Joke was on her I literally had my bank statement pulled up dated for that exact order and amount. I drove to the location and showed proof of payment to be exactly as I stated OTP… a CC! I took a cash refund, and went somewhere else due to the lack of customer service, people skills and problem solving abilities. Papa John’s should really focus on training their associates to deal with customers, it’s not always about being right(especially when she was 100% wrong!) Needless to say they lost product, business and money that night when it could’ve been a lot more simple. I do not recommend this location and I most likely won’t return to this location. Their quality and customer relations skills suck BIG TIME!
