Yikes. Just called to possibly order from here for the first time and was greeted with an incredibly dry and rude "Hello" as if I was calling someone's personal phone and not a business. I asked if it was Pizza In and Go and again was met with a deadpan, "Yes." I asked if they were open because, again, the person acted like I was bothering them. They sighed out another obviously annoyed "ma'am...yes" it's impossible to properly convey emotion over text but trust me when I say it sounded like I was asking an annoyed teenager to clean their room or something lol. Feeling less than confident in ordering from here based on the hair review posted by someone else previously in conjuction with this frankly stupid interaction I decided not to order from here and said "um...nevermind" and the person simply said ok. And we hung up.
The reviews for this place are mostly good so maybe they think they don't need any new customers?

Use to be a good place to eat. I use to tell everyone I know to go here now they hired these young dude who have been overcharging my Debit since the last guys are no longer there. I mention the price is wrong and ask for the owner and he chafing the price on the spot to the price on the menu....They been overcharging my Debit card extra 4 extra 5 dollars pretty much making up a prices like they pocket the rest of the bread ..After years eating here these new young guys lost my business and I'm def spreading the word. Don't run your debit cards there till they other guys get back.

Ordered delivery from here for the first time on Friday and the pizza was delicious and hot. I thought I found my new pizza spot. Ordered again on Sunday and the pizza was delivered cold and had a hair on it which I didn’t notice until after biting into it. I called and spoke with the owner who at first debated with me about the hair. (I even offered to send a picture) He stated that he couldn’t have it remade and that it couldn’t be anyone’s hair from the restaurant before stating he didn’t want any problems and offering half off a future purchase. (Interesting, considering that he did confirm they do not wear hair nets, only gloves) I unfortunately won’t be ordering here again.

For the last 2 years I have been ordering pizza from here. It's a great price and great authentic pizza. Today I experienced a disappointment that could have determined if I would ever be a customer again. I ordered a pizza and put specific that the sauce I wanted was basil pesto. I had multiple pizza and wings on my order. Due to my allergy unlike my family im allergic to traditional pizza red sauce so I have to order white sauce. When the pizza arrived it was red sauce. I called and addressed my concerns which got heated I asked to speak with the manager and the guy stated he was the owner. I then proceeded to give him my POV and explained to him where I was coming from $65+ dollars I ordered my pizza correct I expected what I ordered. And had proof this was a online door dash order. The owner finally agreed to make me a fresh pizza with the basil pesto as I ordered. When the pizza was delivered it was the owner. He drove to my house and hand delivered me the pizza and apologizef again. I was highly impressed and grateful. We need more young men and entrepreneurs with that service level. Thanks again.
