Arrived here at 7:23, didn’t leave till 8:15 with no accommodation. I ordered my meal through the drive thru and was asked to pull up so my meal would be brought to me to avoid holding up the line. I waited until 7:45 to pull my car around to the entrance door. The manager that took my order came and locked the doors so I couldn’t enter. I had to go through drive thru and wait on my food AGAIN, was told to pull up out of the line again and my food was given to me. I’m still waiting on the manager to catch a fade for being disrespectful, she can’t duck forever. Don’t eat here lol

Everyone is so ghetto even the managers. This store needs to be closed down. I came at 4:43pm to get a family meal and they told me they only was selling thighs in mild and spicy so i asked are they cooking more chicken and they told me no not until they sell all their thighs first. Also they thought it was funny but i didnt find anything funny

You can’t call them at all. My order was wrong, got a mix and match delivered and none of my sides were there ?? How do you forget the sides in a family bundle?? None of the sauces were in the bag. Just disappointed and I can’t call to get a replacement. Paid $5 extra to have it delivered, pay extra 25 cents for sauce and half my family meal missing :( . Total was $43 :/

SMH If I could rate a 0 I would. How is it you don't have chicken available a few minutes before 7 and you still have hours before closing. Lol who are keeping this particular spot open. This is not the first but definitely the last. Lol I told my husband they weren't going to have anything at all. Just ridiculous, make us look bad for real. Popeyes do better for your CUSTOMERS. It's time to reevaluate placements

This is legitimately the worst fast food establishment of all time. They’re rude, take forever, and the food sucks. I was excited to have a Popeyes so close to my house, but I was wrong. This place is literally the worst place to eat at. Generally takes about 40 minutes through the drive through. They lock their doors at like 6pm daily. A 20 second pickup order literally takes 45 minutes bc of this. If you are lucky. I’ve had it take over an hour on a few occasions. I keep thinking that this next time will be different than the last, but it never is. I’m done with this place.
