The chicken sandwich was delicious. The heat from the sauce combined with the coolness of the coleslaw made for the perfect combination.

Food is good but the customer service is pretty terrible. No one looks happy to work there and the service is slow. Maybe order ahead so you don't have to deal with it.

I've never had a significant issue, but they still don't provide the full receipt when placing a call in order. They only provide the kitchen receipt. Meaning, they have to be reminded of other paid items that are not on the kitchen receipt every time you pick up an order.
Kid-friendliness: Its a laid back social atmosphere which can included children without issue.

This is my go-to spot for Hot chicken, beer and karaoke. Staff are hospitable and attentive, plus the atmosphere is amazing. I love this place!!!!

The mild chicken wings were delicious with just the right amount of spice, hitting that perfect mild heat. The chicken tenders, though flavorful, were spicy at medium, so be sure to take the sign seriously when it says "medium is hot"—they're not kidding! It was our first time trying Nashville hot chicken, and it definitely lived up to the hype. While $25 for a hat feels a bit pricey, overall, I'd highly recommend this spot for an authentic Nashville hot chicken experience. Service was a bit slow

even better. I came in on crutches with a boot, and the server brought me a crate to elevate my foot!! Can you believe that? I couldn't. She was awesome, and it resonated throughout the entire staff. I definitely will be back. Oh, try the Duck Benedict. You won't be disappointed

We tried the outlet shopping location. The service was excellent, and the place seemed pretty clean. The drinks were great, especially the watermelon tea. The chicken was decently crispy. However, it was a little on the dryer side. The seasoning tasted of Old Bay and was super salty. I had to peel away the skin to finish the last couple of wings. I love hot sauce and pour it all over my food. I think their heat is a step up from most restaurants. If you like hot, their hot might be too hot for you. It might have something to do with the extreme amount of salty seasoning as well. The portions are great, though.

Twice in last two months have ordered breast and leg quarters that had little to no meat on them. It's like someone is taking tender meat off breast. The Original Princess chicken always had big portions worth the money. The Tanger Outlet Princess Chicken is cutting corners on the customer dime. It's not worth $10 to buy chicken here. Last visit 8-24-24 1pm.

Tried the OG chicken place finally! MS ANDRE PRICE was in the building! The chicken was fresh,hot,crispy and seasoned so we'll! The Collards had that vinegar bite I love! The max and cheese was mac and cheese haha!
The Hot and X-hot really do put a nice burn too your tongue and a numb to your lips! Absolutely enjoyed every moment of the meal!
