The Black Spatula BBQ

As someone who doesn't eat red meat, it is often hard to find good BBQ that isn't chicken as an option. The turkey was tender and MOIST. The "fries" were so tasty I would be happy to eat them as a meal.

I went to this food truck 11/09/2024. The pound of rib tips were tough and flavorless, and the collard greens lacked flavor as well. The BBQ sauce was good. I was disappointed.

Stopped by the Black spatula (formerly known as the Rib Doctor)for a brisket sandwich Sun. 08/04/24…It Did Not Deliver!!! It was very Bland & mde very Sloppy!?$12 gone down the drain!???@ least I know Not to Stop by there AGAIN!!!??‍♀️

We kept burping up the nasty smoke flavoring. Never had this happen with other barbecue places.

Shoutout to the rib doctor. I placed 2 1lb orders for rib tips, which are excellent. They are tender and have great flavor; I wish they had fries as a side order to go with the rib tips. I will be back I highly recommend.

I ordered a slab ov ribs ,but I got 12 bones from different slabs ,I should've just ordered rib tips instead,if you get a slab get it whole not cut.

Ribs were so tuff and
they was flavorless.get on your job and get those ribs right!

Turkey Tips, Rib Tibs, & Smokey Dog are good. The baked beans are okay.

Maybe it was just our food, but it tastes like lighter fluid or gas or something. The sides were decent, didn't taste like lighter fluid. The service was... nice but they slam that lil

I went to the rib doctor on a Thursday and I had to wait in line for 3035 minutes to get my food and all that water was a rib sandwich and it they were so bony and I don't think I'll ever go back ever again it was so dry and maybe they're running out of food and it was the worst experience and there was only three people in front of really a rib sandwich and there was no meat on them and burned.
