Awesome place to eat at for lunch. Food fresh people are friendly there. I loved it today was my first time eating there. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and fries along with a strawberry shake it satisfied my taste bud as well.

The atmosphere here is very fast food type when you enter. You can order at the cash register or one of the four electronic kiosks. Then you're advised to grab your condiments and have a seat. It was very chilly and windy outside so almost all the seating inside was taken. We had to wait for a table to open up.We ordered two shake burgers, a regular crinkle fry, a sweet tea, and a shake. It was $35. Frankly the best part of the whole meal was the fries. They were fresh and crispy. The burger patty was disappointingly thin and burger was small. The shake was ok but not earth shattering. Tips were expected but there was no table service at all. We tipped for the kitchen staff, software on the kiosk says it all goes direct to them.This was a very disappointing, mediocre, overpriced experience. I doubt we will eat here again.Parking: Free parking is in the large outlet mall interior. On this day there was plenty. 1-Shake was pretty tasty but thats hard to screw up. 2- Pretty sure I had one of those Cricket burgers Bill Gates keeps talking about. I've seen meat before, this wasn't it 3- a small tray of cheese fries for $4.99? Nope.

I came because I've been craving shake shack and now there's one near me! I ordered at the kiosk (which I love about SS) and grabbed my number. My food came out within 10 mins and I went to eat in my car, (I had a korean chicken sandwich and korean fries) my fries weren't warm and my chicken sandwich was cold! Not Karening, the bun was cold, chicken was cold, the sauce was good, it would've tasted great had it been fresh.It's ridiculous that I spent 20+ on food that had clearly been sitting around in the kitchen (they could've at least had it under a heat lamp, but nope). To disclose, I've never had an issue with any Shake Shack before this, but this location isn't doing it for me.

This is a fast food restaurant with dine in prices. You order on an iPad and the food gets delivered to you at your table. Portions are small. I was still hungry after an $18 order. I would rather spend my money elsewhere.

It’s really silly that I have to order myself on the iPad and then it asks for a tip. I ordered, I got my number, I cleaned my own table, I got my own condiments and an employee dropped off my food. I don’t understand why there is an option to tip.

since this location is in the new outlets it definitely has a lot of traffic!i waited for my order for a while and then got home to find out that i was given the incorrect order!while i was upset that i had to drive back i understand mistakes happen but i absolutely loved her Emily! handled my issue !she was kind, genuine and professional! she apologized and acknowledged my concerns and then found a resolution!Great customer service

Located in the Tanger outlets with plenty of parking and ample space inside. Food was good but burgers were small. Comparable to the size of a chick-fil-a sandwich. Crinkle Fries and Shakes were really good as well.
