“This was a very nice experience. The food was delicious and a generous portion (I don’t eat salt,so everything tasted a little salty). I ordered the pineapple bowl, my girlfriend had the catfish. The presentation of the dishes were on point. This place is a must if you’re visiting Nashville. I have to go back to try other dishes. Nashville food scene is dope. ❤️“

“Came in on a Sunday since I saw this was one of the few meat and three places open. Fried catfish was perfect, the cabbage was the best part of the plate, pintos and cornbread were on point too. Definitely will be making a return trip to try more of their options .“

“Meat and three or two. One of the best country cooking in Nashville. Not easy to find but once you do, you are sure to take home some good eating once a week or month. My manager was visiting from Pittsburgh and I took him there about 4 years ago and he still remembers it and can't wait to get back to Nashville for some good eating!!!“

“Chicken was perfect..fries were hot fresh and seasoned well..but I was very sad to see that the ranch and the bleu cheese were prepackaged dressings. I think a fresh homemade ranch would have set this meal off!“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I'm only upset that I've just recently found out about this wonderful establishment! I've been twice in one week already so I'm very convinced that this is by far the best soul food establishment we have in Nashville. Hands down... I got the chicken & dressing with mashed potatoes and green beans the first time, then came back later in the week and got hot lemon pepper fried chicken wings with macaroni and cheese and greens. Both plates were excellent and now I have my new favorite spot for home cooking! Just when I thought we didn't have anymore good meat & 3 restaurants.“
