Every time I come here, it’s always something. Not the best Starbucks. The coffee seems to taste burned and the iced drinks are always too watery, the blended drinks are never good. The quality you think of is just not at this location. The staff is nice but not as knowledgeable as you would expect. But it is close and I no longer expect much - so I am not disappointed.

I couldn't go back to that place with its arrogant and racist staff. A girl served me, I placed my order, she gave me what I didn't ask for, and charged me for two extra drinks. 😡
Everyone just seemed pissed off and unfriendly. I'm sure it probably had to do with them being busy but there's no need to take it out on the customer.
Probably one of the dirtiest Starbucks I’ve been to. from the restaurant, tables, chairs and counters. Oh and the bathroom too. It was clear watching the staff they had 0 Interest in keeping the store clean in the slightest.

I went there last week mind you they close what 8:30 / 9pm? It was about to be 7pm & I asked for a refresher he said they didn’t have any because they were already cleaning the items to make them like WHAT!? Yall aren’t close till like half an hour more. The guy seemed ANNOYED I kept my receipt & I WILL be taking it higher up and calling to express my opinion on this.

I normally don't have many problems with this Starbucks but I guess it depends on the day. I don't frequent here often; however, I needed a little pick me up on my lunch break. I decided to order a wrap and a drink prior to leaving my job, so it would be ready - that was around 10:50am. When I made it my drink was ready but they were out of the wrap. I sat there for about 5 minutes with no one coming to ask if I needed help. I've worked at many establishments as a barista & a waitress - never have I ignored a customer. So I had to interrupt a worker to notify her I needed help. She told me to proceed to the cash register for help, so I did. Once I got there I waited about 10 minutes. I had to find more help, after wasting over half of my break :/ - I ended up canceling my order & missing out on lunch because I had to rush back to work. Very upsetting experience. Mind you, there were at least 7 people behind the counter.
My coffee was very delicious. I can say that because some places are not good

Had to come to this StarBucks because my normal one was closed today. Walked in and the store is dirty, floor has food and drinks spilled everywhere. Have been waiting over 25 minutes for two drinks. There was only one person in front of me. Staff moves slow and shows that they don’t care to be here. I will never be going back to this store.
