When I lived in Antioch this was my GO TO Starbucks! The customer service is so top tear. I feel like I’m always sitting in lines forever when I go to other coffee shops but this locations lines go by SO FAST! The lady there (I think her name is Lauren) is always so positive and friendly. I cannot say enough good things about this location.

I always love coming here when I’m in the area! They always get my order right and not too heavy on the milk(most places I’ve been to lately pour more milk than coffee & I always get an extra shot or two) Lauren was the sweetest! She was very respectful and got my order out in a timely manner! I’ve been twice this week and wish this location was closer to me.. shout out to Lauren for making my day a little brighter !!! (The rest of the team was nice too but Lauren was the over achiever!)

What really this makes Starbucks special for me are the baristas. They always bring so much positive energy and make the experience feel personal. Even when the store is busy, they somehow manage to stay upbeat, kind, and attentive. It’s not just about making drinks, it’s the way they remember names, strike up quick conversations, and make you feel welcome the moment you walk in. I always have a wonderful experience at this store! Whether that’s my early morning coffee before work or late night pick me up they great me with a smile and a great service! I told employee Lauren to make me something fall with cinnamon ( how original) and she totally crushed it! 10/10 recommend !!

Employee named Lauren that works on drive through was rude and disrespectful if you don’t tip. She will snatch the tablet from you if you miss tip one day lol. why would I tip again to a rude and disrespectful person. She ruined this location for me and I’m never coming to this location again while she is there.
My experience at this location has always been great! My stepdaughter and I love coming here to visit with the baristas. They’re always so friendly and extra kind to my girl!

I had such a great experience thanks to Haylee! When I wasn’t sure how to correctly order my drink, she was so accommodating and took the time to explain everything to me in such a friendly way. Not only did she show me the right way to order, but she also explained why my drink kept coming out wrong before, which made so much sense once she broke it down. She never made me feel rushed or embarrassed for asking questions... instead, she was patient, kind, and really knowledgeable. It honestly turned what could have been a frustrating moment into a positive one. Because of her amazing service, I definitely plan on coming back again and again!

While most of the staff are usually kind and professional, one employee named Lauren treated me with extreme rudeness.
During my visit, I was charged twice for my order, even after I showed proof that the first transaction had gone through. When I politely asked for a receipt, she refused to provide one and proceeded to raise her voice at me. This was unprofessional and completely unacceptable.
No customer should ever be double-charged, denied a receipt, or spoken to disrespectfully. As a loyal customer, I expected much better service and courtesy. Unfortunately, this interaction has left me feeling frustrated and unwilling to return to this location again. If anyone sees a worker named Lauren please be aware of her charging your card twice.
