I’ve been here a few times and always overlooked how poorly the drinks were made thinking maybe the next time they would get it right. The last time I went, I ordered a caddy of coffee on the app. I walked into the store and waited behind others who were at the pickup counter getting drinks. When it was my turn, there was no one else left in the store and no one in the drive thru. Lauren and her entire team didn’t bother to greet me or let alone make eye contact acting as if I was invisible. I finally asked about my order and Lauren just pointed at the register. I got my order and told her that that was bad customer service before leaving. Her reply was “have a nice day”.

Each Sunday, my husband and I get a Starbucks drink from this place (which is located in the Bargin Hunt plaza). The past 2 times we were there (like today 3/30/24), my hot vanilla latte tasted so watery and gross. Wasted 20 bucks for terrible quality. I am not sure if the person who makes them knows how to or they just don't care but get someone in there that knows how to make them please. Otherwise we will find another location to spend money at.

I have both been thru the drive thru and stepped food inside the store. I wanted to start by saying the staff was super nice and very helpful. They are patient and always greet you. Inside the store the location is extremely clean, organized and has a great flow. There are plenty of chairs and tables and couches. The bathrooms were clean and full of supplies. All the menus had bright lights and it was very easy to read everything. The examples or display products looked fresh and well placed. The drinks were made quickly and correctly. Overall I would highly recommend this location and look forward to many more coffees in the future. Keep up the great work!

Until the tipping for the workers end, I won't be back. They don't deserve tips for simply doing their job, especially when I'm going through the drive-thru. Tipping for things like this has become ridiculous, and there's currently a nationwide discussion concerning this.

The customer service is horrible. The manager has a very dismissive attitude and all times and with the employees it's hit or miss, depending on who's working the drive-through or the front register, SMH attitude is definitely what pushes the most in that store. They also don't like to fill up the cup with what you ordered. If I order a iced coffee, I expect it to be filled to the top, they will fill it halfway with whipped cream, even though it's a Venti, it's always a disappointment it seems.

Visited Nov 12, 2023. I have had pretty good experiences and service here lately. To be honest the first three times I came were frustrating to say the least due to wait times, lack of supply and fluctuating hours but recently I haven't had these issues. Hours believed to be between 4 - 7 PM, all being in-store visits. There was definitely a drive through line which seemed to be moving pretty fast and cashiers still took our order immediately as we approached the counter. Keeping mind of the area, some things were out of their control, i.e. being people's table etiquette and parking consideration. I haven't seen the inside a mess but customers, at this location particularly, do sometimes leave trash and spills on the table. For someone just coming in probably could think the workers aren't cleaning the place, but when they have a breather they do clean. Today was fine in that sense minus the adolescents in the parking lot - these young people parked and blocked the flow of traffic to available parking slots so we just drove around and parked on the other side of the building. Our drinks came out in record time today and was beautifully made! So good! This is the only Starbucks in the area for a few miles! The next is either in Smyrna or other two on Nolensville Pike; this location is the most convenient.

I would literally kiss every single employee here on the forehead if I could, I’m not joking, they’re that awesome.This is the best Starbucks in the Antioch area, from customer service, to drink and food quality, everything here is awesome! I began visiting this location when they moved (shout out to the drive thru) and I’ve never had a negative experience. The staff is consistently nice and friendly! No matter what I order, I can always trust that it’ll taste good and they’ll make it perfectly.Yeah the lines are a little long sometimes, but that’s to be expected when you go to a coffee shop at 7am when literally everyone is trying to get their morning coffee before work (so be patient and understanding). Even still, the team works hard and fast to get the line moving as quickly as possible, and they do a great job of getting everyone in and out in a timely manner.I could literally write an essay about how much I love this Starbucks location and it’s employees. Be nice to them because they’re amazing and deserve all the kindness in the world!!
