TailGate Brewery South Nashville

Absolutely love this place! The pizza is always hot, fresh, and loaded with flavor, and the tap selection is spot on — something new to try every time. The staff is super friendly, the vibe is relaxed, and it’s the perfect spot to hang out with friends or unwind after work. Highly recommend! 🍕🍺

I actually really like Tailgate Brewery, but this is related to my experience there. I was there for half-off pizza wednesday and the lady was ringing up my total and it was full price. I was like I thought it was half off and she goes “oh right, ballin on a budget?”. What kind of response is that for a special yall are running. I was in shock because my kids were right beside me and even they were confused. So I responded with “well thats why I came today” and she deliberately started talking to customers behind me before I even finished checking out. I did nothing to warrant that type of behavior from someone. I will say the staff at the East Nashville location are much more welcoming.

Beers are not very great, tried different ones but none of them seemed good enough!

Waited an hour for our pizza even after asking staff, they said they’d check and never did. We saw other people come and go with their orders and we were left there waiting. We finally got the pizza, most of the staff was apologetic but the man who we had asked repeatedly completely ignored us and got an attitude. After we ate, we went to ask for a box and the same man mumbled something under his breath and walked away. Had to ask for a manager to get a to-go box. Never coming back again, left feeling embarrassed and dismissed.

I had the best experience at TailGate Brewery thanks to Falon! From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, giving great recommendations on both the beers and food. Falon has such a positive energy that makes the whole atmosphere even better — you can tell she loves what she does.

It’s rare to come across someone who’s not only professional but also makes you feel like a valued guest. TailGate is always a fun spot, but Falon truly made this visit outstanding. I’ll definitely be back and will be asking for her again!

Great food and atmosphere

NOT SURE WHAT THE DEAL WAS TODAY...BUT IT WAS VERY SLOW AND SO WITH THATBEING SAID. I EXPECTED THE $20 SALADS TO BE GREAT...BUT NO...I ORDERED A FEISTA CHICKEN NO CORN...I GUESS THAT PISSED THEM OFF ..BECAUSE NO CORN MEANS TWO PIECES OF UNCOOKED CHICKEN...ALSO MY WIFE ORDERED A COB SALAD...AND CHICKEN WAS RAW ..SO WE HAD TO COOK THE CHICKEN IN ORDER TO ENJOY OUR MEALS...THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE FIR SUCH A SIMPLE ORDER ON A VERY SLOW DAY..IT WAS APPROXIMATELY 6PM-615PM

Overpriced and expensive for piss water beer with no flavor there pizza I'd had better frozen pizza

The hot honey pizza is so good here and the German Pilsner

I’ve never had 1 bad experience with Tailgate and they’ve always treated me, my friends, and family with the utmost respect whenever we would go in. Pizza is always hot and beer is always cold. If you’re a visitor or local and want a great place to eat, go give Tailgate your business.
