NOT your average place! I was expecting the same tacos and salsa that everywhere else in Nashville has, but I was blown away! Fantastic empanadas of JUST meat, no cheap filler potatoes here, and that dipping sauce *chef's kiss* is something special. I've been back 3 times now, always trying something different and have yet to be even slightly disappointed.

I would give the food a rating but I didn’t order anything as the service was awful. Rude staff. They tried to bounce back which I appreciated but the first impression was awful, and left me with such an uncomfortable feeling that it killed my appetite. Only ordered papelón con limón and that was good. My family ordered food so I hope they enjoyed it. But I personally was so upset by the rude interaction that I couldn’t eat.

Veryyyyyy expensive for God's sake conscience
The incredible and beautiful place, everything clean and tidy. I think that the rewius should start by saying that "the service and the food were excellent" but this time it was not like that, it is unfortunate because I am Venezuelan and I am proud that our food is everywhere and that it is well valued.
We start at the beginning... when we arrive there is a sign that tells you "wait for service" we were waiting a couple of minutes to which a girl tells us are you going to eat here or take away? We asked to eat in the place, he gave us the menus and said sit on the left side because the other side is closed and when you are ready let me know what you want to eat, we ordered patacones, pabellón, tequeños, pastelitos and arepa from Pabellón. The shredded meat was very salty, the plantains (sliced) were green. The girl never came back asking if we were okay or if we needed anything else when she came she asked if everything was okay and we told her how salty the meat and the slices were and without looking at her she just responded "ah sorry" and left, we waited for a long time and she never came to collect, we had to get up to the cash register to pay and her character was not pleasant at all. We had already seen the comments from several people and many say the same thing! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE MAIN THING WHEN ARRIVING TO A PLACE!! Take into account that gentlemen of TOTUMA, take advantage of the fact that you have an excellent place and variety of food.
Thank you

The food is amazing, but they really need to keep their opening hours up to date. After driving 1 hr and 10 minutes from Clarksville (because I loved the food from the first time I went there) I arrived at 6:30pm and they said they were closed. I verified google, their instagram, yelp and all said they were open until 7:30pm. Very disappointed.

A bad experience regarding the store's hours, we arrived before 8:30 pm and they did not attend to us because the kitchen was closed, I had called in advance to verify but they did not answer the phone, so we headed there guided by what it says Google Maps said it was still open, it turns out when we got there much before 8:30 pm they told us the kitchen closes before 8:30 pm so the kitchen has a different schedule and the customer service has another. schedule, the value they give to time and the client leaves much to be desired.

I give the place a bad review because we arrived before the supposed closing time to buy something to take away and they didn't want to serve us because they said they were closed. If they are going to close early because they say they already are, then remove from the website and from the door that the closing time is 8:30pm, because they did not want to serve us arriving at 8:05pm even though we told them to. We said it was takeaway. To make matters worse, we had called before to see if they would be open and they didn't answer the phone either. The first thing a customer service place should have is good customer service and that was not the impression they gave me! I'm not going back to that place! Responding to the owner: the sign was not off and we arrived well before 8:30. If you are not going to accept clients until 8:30pm, change your hours on the website and at your door.

The girl who answered the phone was as rude as possible, first she hung up the phone on me without having finished speaking and second, when she returned the call I told her that she had hung up on me and she told me, lady, what's wrong, I wasn't listening to you, of course, all of that very very bad shape!!!! Anyway, I didn't even pick up my order after that, no food, no matter how good it is, is worth putting up with rudeness and bad treatment towards customers.

The service is terrible, they should train the staff to handle customer service. The food may be good but a company is made up of human talent. Atte. The gochos
