Great shakes and burgers. This visit; however, I ordered a salad. The spicy chicken with creamy jalapeno dressing was a great combo for the taste buds. The seasonal white chocolate peppermint shake was worth the calories. Get it while it lasts!

We both ordered on kiosk a double burger and fries and drink. I was impressed with the taste and quality of my food. Whataburger definitely beats Steak and Shake burgers!
Every time we've ever went to one of these. There's staff. It's always been top-notch, so friendly. So helpful food is amazing and so good. This is my husband's favorite place to go eat for a burger

Placed a curbside order on the app today. Checked in and waited for 20 minutes before getting into the drive thru lane. While waiting I watched numerous cars go through the drive thru and receive food as well as people into the building. I was the only car at either of the speakers when I got there with only 2-3 cars in front of me. While waiting to speak to an employee in the drive thru I watched as food was taken out to a curbside car that pulled into as I left my spot for the drive thru. I had been the only car waiting until I left for the drive thru line. I told the girl taking drive thru orders I had been waiting in curbside for 20 minutes and still had not received my food. She confirmed my name and told me to pull up to the window. Another employee came out and asked me to move into the other lane and went back inside. She returned with my food finally with a non-chalet “Sorry for the wait” and walked to the car behind me. I was clearly mad about the wait. My drink order was also incorrect once I received it, but I didn’t want to wait another half hour. After almost 30 minutes I just wanted to get home. Very poor experience. I won’t be returning any time soon. The food was fine but not grand either.

My order came to $9.85 so I gave him a $20.00 he gave me back $.15 I said I gave you a $20.00.I said no I did not he said we can look back at the video I said fine. He closed the window. When my food was ready he handed it to me and said have a good nite. I know what I gave him. Before I left home I counted my money I knew what I had I only had 1 $10 and 6 $20.00. All he would say is no you didn't. That's my last time I will go to Whata burger. And the food sucked
