Ordered the Patty Melt Combo.. Food was warm and didn't seem to be hot and fresh. It tasted good but a hot and fresh burger is one thing it definitely wasn't. Establishment was quiet and clean. Employees were nice and all seemed to be working.

I was at the drive through, approached, quickly put on hold, after waiting 7 minutes for the car in front of me to advance. Then sat and watched cars approach, enter the 2nd lane and order, then proceed to collect their food, I decided to leave after the 14 minute Wait. Terrible staff attention and service.

Food was made wrong. Got it corrected and the bunnies extremely hard. Ended up getting refund on meal since it was inedible. Long lines, poor service. Not enough staff. I feel for your employees that were at least trying and irritated with the ones who just ignored everything. This is an example of how not to run a restaurant. Corporate should shut this place and start fresh! I would give zero stars if that was an option.
