i always come for curbside pick up they take so long up to 10 to 15 minutes, when on the app
it says it would be ready by like 5 minutes

Order took forever. Toasted buns were burned. My wife ordered coffee and it was poured before it was done and was too strong. Had to get another cup after it was finished.
It was lunchtime and no one was here.
I loved these places in Texas and Oklahoma but this place was not to standard.

I love this branch. Always good. Staff are friendly and welcoming you when you arrive. Food comes to the table when you order from the phone.

Regrettably, I did not receive the service I had anticipated today. The issue lies solely with the employee. The establishment’s owner should implement comprehensive customer service training programs. It is unacceptable to operate in such a manner, even in a fast-food environment. I placed an order via my phone and opted for dine-in service. After an extended wait of approximately 25 minutes, I received the food in a bag. I inquired about the online order, but the employee responded rudely.

Upon reviewing the food, I discovered that several items were missing, including all beverages. I requested additional ketchup, but it was not provided.

The burger was dry, lacking ketchup and mayonnaise. Pickles and mustard were added when I declined them.

I subsequently requested ketchup, and the employee retrieved five without a smile or apology.

I understand that work pressure can be challenging, but it is unacceptable to conduct oneself in such a manner. If you are unable to manage the demands of the job, perhaps this is not the right fit for you.
