I love the drinks here

I ordered a milk tea with extra sugar, after I paid for it and waited for it to be ready, the young girl making it said that she couldn’t do extra sugar because they were all out of sugar. But she then proceeded to add sugar to all of the other customer’s drinks. Then she began coughing and sneezing and sniffing saying out loud to her coworker that she was sick and that she should have stayed home. She coughed and sneezed without covering her mouth while making the drinks. I had to throw mine away.

Delicious, but unfortunately, the service could be better. We had to wait 25 minutes for our order. If it weren't for the slow service, this place would be perfect for enjoying bubble milk

Service was great and the staff were really nice but the strawberry milk tea tasted like watery Pepto-Bismol. It was honestly was one of the worst things I’ve ever drank and unfortunately, including tip, I paid close to $10. I couldn’t get a refund either, but I understand that. First time here and won’t be back :(

The bublue tea is very good there but the faces of the cashiers don't help much, except for one cashier who is very helpful and attentive.

I'm starting to come here every monday or maybe come here from time to time but the people you hire seem unusual i know they look young and are still experiencing but they both made my orders wrong when i asked for mango milk tea and mango pop they gave me regular boba instead. I love coming here and it gives off a cozy vibe

Dissatisfied that I strictly said NO milk, written on a text stating that and got home with 3 large drinks containing milk.They should be more careful when people are Lactose intolerant. I had to throw them away.

If you actually LIKE tapioca tea, this is not the place for it. I travel a lot and like to enjoy bubble tea in any city I’m in. The coconut bubble tea I had was so bad it’s laughable and sad at the same time ? the consistency of the tea was like pudding and the tapioca was so soggy! I took one sip and had to throw it away because it was making me feel nauseous. The atmosphere was also uncomfortable because there were customers who weren’t drinking or eating anything just sitting and hanging out being very obnoxious and loud. I wanted to like it so bad. But unfortunately this was not good.
