Service That Goes Above and Beyond! A Must-Visit!

I've been to many bubble tea, but WIN BUBBLE TEA this one is truly special. The milk tea was fragrant and delicious, but the experience was what set it apart. The shop itself is lovely—perfectly clean, in a great location with easy parking, and has a cozy, comfortable atmosphere.
However, the highlight of our visit was the owner, Tony. His hospitality was on another level. We bought one drink with three kinds of toppings, and he didn't charge us.
What happened next truly touched us: he saw that we were a group of four sharing three drinks (my father and mother were sharing one). He immediately went above and beyond by bringing out a fourth, completely free drink for my father, just so he wouldn't have to share.

We were so impressed and genuinely moved by his kindness. This is how you build loyal customers.

The sugar milk tea Boba is a must try

I really like their Thai tea — this is exactly the kind of taste I enjoy 🧋 The shop is calm and quiet, and the staff make drinks very fast. 💖

Great tea and service

Will not come back here for there boba drinks. Highly disappointed. It taste like drinking warm flavored cereal milk. This is not how milk tea boba should taste!

I always have a good experience here! While I enjoy the milk teas, I’ve recently started enjoying the slushes (especially on hot days). Each time, I’m greeted kindly and they always answer the questions I ask on the days I’m looking to experiment with flavors. I’ve never had a bad time!

Relatively quick, great service. But one drink still had powder in it and the second one only had like 4 boba in it. If I'm paying for a whole scoop I'd like a whole scoop.

Teas are nice but watch out for the pokémon crowd.

I love the drinks here

I ordered a milk tea with extra sugar, after I paid for it and waited for it to be ready, the young girl making it said that she couldn’t do extra sugar because they were all out of sugar. But she then proceeded to add sugar to all of the other customer’s drinks. Then she began coughing and sneezing and sniffing saying out loud to her coworker that she was sick and that she should have stayed home. She coughed and sneezed without covering her mouth while making the drinks. I had to throw mine away.

Delicious, but unfortunately, the service could be better. We had to wait 25 minutes for our order. If it weren't for the slow service, this place would be perfect for enjoying bubble milk

Service was great and the staff were really nice but the strawberry milk tea tasted like watery Pepto-Bismol. It was honestly was one of the worst things I’ve ever drank and unfortunately, including tip, I paid close to $10. I couldn’t get a refund either, but I understand that. First time here and won’t be back :(
