Do not order from Captain D’s in Arlington, TN. Spent $27.00 for a 4 piece chicken tender meal with fries and green beans, and a side of macaroni and cheese for my daughter and a baked potato for me. I had asked for extra butter and cheese which I had to pay extra for but they didn’t provide. I even thought a drink was included in the meal because tbh what fast food chain doesn’t include the drink, but whatever. The lady taking my order was rude from the start and when I had pulled around to pay she appeared very angry at me. I flat out asked her if I’d offended her somehow because she got mad when I was about to pay. I said, “Oh, and a Starry for the drink.” She says, very matter of fact like and irritated. Drink doesn’t come with it, so you want to add a drink now? “ So, instead of $22.00 for my order now, it’s $27.00. I was like yes please. I didn’t know a drink isn’t included. That’s when I asked her if I’d offended her. She looked at me and said, “Excuse me? Are you okay ma’am?” I was in shock. I just responded with, “yep, I am.” She closes the window and says to two other employees, “yeah, I dropped the chicken already because you all were cleaning.” I’m sorry but this was about 9pm and they don’t close until 11:00. Not sure if she was mad because somebody ordered food and they were beginning their shut down for the night or what BUT come on!!! Starts to hand me my bag of CRAP food and asks if I need any sauces. I said just ketchup. Did I even get that for the 4 piece chicken meal? No, instead this lady gives me 6 things of tartar sauce…WTH??? With the cold and crappy food, the overpriced and b incomparable servings compared to the company’s images AND of course the unexcusable nasty attitude…you all should be shut down. I have 2 jobs and had just gotten off my 2nd job when I WAS JUST TRYING TO GET A BITE for myself and a meal for my child. Absolutely horrible!!!

This location is the absolute best. The food is always hot fresh and amazing. The manager provided top notch service. She is welcoming and very tentative to the customers. Daisha and Whitney is the absolute best. I take pride is awesome customer service and they render the absolute best.

Please pay attention to the orders!! This is the second time I’ve ordered take out from this location and my order wasn’t correct. The first time I ordered a fish and shrimp dinner and got fish and breadsticks🤦🏽♀️. Today I ordered a sweet tea with my meal and didn’t receive a drink at all. If they could just get my order right all would be good to go!

I stopped by Captin D’s today to get food. This is my second time placing food at this location and customer service was horrible. I asked did they serve something similar to fried pickles and the young later answered with a smart mouth, “We don’t but sonic does”also that same server Whitney I watched her toss food over the counter to another employee for the car waiting in front of me. They are young kids playing over food. If this continues the establishment will be closed before it can start. Please a manager needs to deal with this asap.

I got the two piece fish and fries with slaw and hush puppies. The fish didn't taste good, the batter wasn't good on it. The fries were ok, the hush puppies were not nearly as good as other Captain D's. Very disappointed with this experience. Worker not very friendly.

Just got back to my office with my lunch- 2 piece fish dinner. I sat down to eat and there was no fish. How on earth does this happen? 13.00 for 2 hush puppies, coleslaw, French fries and tea. Now that doesn't sound fair, does it ? they have a 1800 number and no-one answers.
My very first time here yesterday -01/28/25 with my grandparents (who have been there about a few times already) for lunch and I’m very impressed. I love the fact it’s very close to where I live. No more driving further distances. The food, it was very , very yummy and fresh . Not all restaurants honestly do it like this and I believe all restaurants should serve their food just the way this captain ds does.— hot and fresh. The staff there? Very friendly, atmosphere? Peaceful and welcoming. A small, sized dining room, perfect to dine in when there are seats available, to enjoy the experience even more. I ordered the 2 piece flounder meal, with okra and Mac and cheese. Very delicious! Fish was seasoned just right, okra, was perfectly done. I had lemonade for my drink— very fresh and just as good. Honestly, the best captain ds I’ve ever been to. I can’t forget ! Can I say how clean and tidy the place is? Kudos to y’all. One week in after opening and I’m very impressed. Thanks! It was a wonderful experience! :)

I just got home from this new store and it was an excellent experience. Service was really friendly, I was in and out in just a couple of minutes, and got home with hot, fresh food. My favorite part is they gave me plenty of crunchies from the fish!

All the food came out hot and fresh! The employees were very friendly as well.
