Poor customer service. Never apologized, did not pay attention to my shellfish allergy, gave my money back in cash not on my card because they said it would cost them.

I’ve driven past this place many times. Always a full parking lot. Stopped in for lunch today with my son. WOW! This mexican food was some of the best I’ve eaten. This place is SUPER CLEAN and wait staff was phenomenal. Well Done Don Chuy’s!!

I have never eaten here before so I figured Sunday 3/17/24 I would give them a chance. To start off seating is very tight. Like you are 1 foot from the table across for you. I ordered a water with lemon. Never received a lemon. Food took a while longer than it should have. Food was cold and little to no flavor. The house hot sauce I asked for clearly came from a can. I will never return. The best part was the hour after I left I sat on my toilet for 2 hours with an upset stomach. Enjoy eating here I'll stick to anywhere but here!
