Tried Laredos Mexican Restaurant yesterday. They have a shop tucked away on Main Street. I saw there was a cop parked in front one Sunday so I thought it must be good. It was great. The food is fresh and deliscous. I had a chicken quesadilla with queso tomatoes and guacamole. It was huge and you got to pick from.the menu on the wall from several dishes. They wrapped it in tinfoil so it stayed fresh. So glad I found it. Best wishes to them.
This restaurant has traditional dining and counter to build your own burritos, tacos, and bowls similar to Chipotle. It is definitely worth a try.Parking: Parking can fill up but spots usually open quickly.

I think this is the very best Mexican restaurant in Ashland City! My son who eats Mexican 3 times a week loves it here for something quick. We have tried both sides. If you want a long relaxed meal with higher prices, you can wait for the waitress. Most people I have seen go to the counter. You can order what you want and the WAY you want!
