This our 4th time if not more going back to this Popeye's. Simply because we have a hard time believing that a place of business can be this terrible all the time.

The chicken is either overcooked, hollowed out pieces or chicken that should have not been given to any customer.

Please make sure you check your order before leaving, because if you don't, I guarantee it is wrong. My suggestion is to go some place else.

5 or 6 employees working. Not super busy.. inordered online.. set time for 6:20pm.. it's now 6:35 as I type this and still haven't received my food.. maybe I'll get it before GTA 6? But seriously.. only 1 employee looks to be moving with a purpose.. it's the man on drive thru. Let me clarify.. the red headed guy that is.

Ordered through Uber. 3 orders of 6 piece Boneless wings only 5 in each. Wrong sauces and Fries was only half full. Called restaurant and Shift Manager hung up on me for absolutely no reason.

At the drive thru there is a sign for Strawberry Cheesecake so we order it she says we longer have that so I say you might want to take the sign down out here and she rudely says is there anything else I can get you so I order a large red beans and rice and mashed potatoes. We get to the window, no greeting and give us our bag with gravy all over the inside so it was all over my hand trying to get food out and ZERO napkins in bag. I guess I should of read the reviews before going. Never Again

Ordered a 16 piece meal and drinks for a family outing during busy time , food was cooked to perfection and piping hot and fresh , staff was great and timing was great . Worth a visit

Everytime i come here it gets worse and worse it’s slow they don’t have a lot of staff you wait forever for the food it’s usually wrong just needs work

Overall poor service. I had a pick up order that was supposed to be ready when I got there and it ended up taking 30 minutes to get. Took that long because initially I wasn’t greeted, the order was never started, and the food wasn’t ready. The only upside was that the food was fresh at the end.

I came thru the drive thru and ordered two meals white meat. Got home and had two thighs with legs. I called and the girl kept calling me darling, and at first wanted me to come all the way back to town and bring the food. She said she would put my name on list.
