The best barbacoa tacos in Ashland City!
Authentic 5-star tacos. My wife and i stop here at least once a week for five carne asada and five al pastor tacos. Low key best chicken wings in town as well! Dont sleep on the breakfast either, the chorizo and potato breakfast tacos are fantastic! Love what these folks are doing here at the Taqueria HWY 12.
Best tacos in the county! delicious food, great prices, kind staff. Their food honestly can't be beat.

Taqueria La Peña De Horeb is a favorite place in a small town. It is the most Authentic street taco place in the US. The asada tacos are loaded with meat, and the carne tacos, pastor, and nachos with beef are recommended. The fish tacos are the best ever. The morning burrito is so good, and the chorizo crazy fries are great with a generous portion and great flavor. The crazy fries are awesome. The staff is super friendly, and there is a convenient online order and pickup window. There has never been a mistake on an order. The flavors are so good that this place replaced a mom’s favorite Taqueria. The restaurant earned its success by serving quality food at a reasonable price while maintaining a very friendly atmosphere.
