Went in and was seated at 1:30 and left at 1:50. Place was a little busy. Many servers passed us and served 4 other tables that came in long after we did. We left and came to Ruby Tuesday and were immediately served. Will not return again.

Andrew is the best bartender there is, I go to Applebee’s when he is working. There’s two sets of people at this Applebee’s, 5pm crowd and the 8pm crowd. Different vibes but overall good people.

Great food , loved the shrimp and there were a lot of them too. And I’m 6’5 and I was stuffed. Greatest waitress ever. She was on top of it. I tipped 25 % that’s how good it was. Amen 🙏
Great service, tried the new chicken on the menu, it was yummy probably my new favorite thing to get! Clean and bathrooms where stocked up! Hunter was my server and he was fast and friendly

My wife and I order 3 steaks 2 ribeyes, sirloin and each with a side. $100+ through Uber. Food was cold! Steaks didn’t have grill marks. Also excessive wait! Delivery girl apologized and said it’s common. She said “I hope you’re food is ok”. Almost like letting me know it’s probably not going to be. It was gross! Have ate here many times but this will be the last. Last time we ordered our fiesta lime chicken was dry.

Pizza felt air fried breadstick was like they went outside and got a stick. Drinks were good though do not recommend. and took a long time to bring out stuff

Applebee's Manager reached out and apologized and said she appreciated the feedback and promised that she was trying to get it back up to their best standards. I really believe she will.
We went after a couple of years of not going and the waitress was nice but forgot one of our drinks and steak sauce. It wasnt crowded for a Sunday evening. What was very disappointing was the cleanliness. Salt and pepper shakers were nasty, the light globes hanging over were nasty, our light was cracked across the bottom, the booth seats had crumbs on them and the silverware was dirty and sticky. Steak was good but potatoes were cold. I think we will stay with Angela's Miami Grill as it is always clean, great service, fresh delicious food.

From 5 years ago....Nice friendly efficient Staff. Good Food. Went for Dinner Monday 3/3/25... total disappointment 😞...Prices have increased at least 20% & Food Portions have decreased by 50%. Really sad & unfortunate because we use to dine at Applebee's 3 to 4 times a month since moving to Sweetwater in 2015, they have great service & staff, we sat at the bar just so Andrew or Wess(he has left) could wait on us. Attentive, friendly & acception service.👍😊 Unfortunately we will not go back after last night. 😢 😢😢
