First and last time we will be eating here. Single mom, decided to treat my daughters and I to a new food place. Dine in. For a kids meal and adult meal it came out to $25. Okay np. We got our food and my infant, daughter and I all disliked the food. Ok, let's put bbq sauce on it, nope we didn't like their sauce either. We aren't the type to throw away food. We eat what we ordered but it took a while to get the kids and I to finish food we didn't like. Mind you the place was a ghost town at dinner time. They had drive through customers but we were alone seated inside. The staff was nice and prompt and we had no issues with them. If we hadn't disliked the food the evening wouldn't have been horrible. Went to the restroom to change my 10mo olds diaper and no changing table. At this point I'm just sad. My oldest asked why we went into the bathroom and immediately turned around and I said because they have no changing table. And a worker heard us while we were passing and she apologized despite it not being her fault and she was nice but I just felt defeated and simply replied it's ok we just won't ever be returning here. And we picked up our stuff from our booth and left so I could change the diaper in the car. It's just one of those little things days I guess because the sadness that we paid to eat out as a treat only to dislike the food and to have a bathroom that wasn't baby friendly sucked. Also I had to scrub down the baby high chair when we came in because both of the ones available had old food caked on them. Which I was going to overlook despite them being a ghost town inside I understand that gets overlooked on the cleaning list for multiple different restaurants... But our experience was a bad one so that's my two cents, at bare minimum add a changing table in bathroom and clean the highchairs. I understand not everyone likes the same types of food, obviously some people like that place if they had multiple drive through customers but personally my family didn't like it. We like BBQ, just not from here.

I just ordered two trays for me and my daughter through the drive thru and when we got home I noticed there was only one tray and so I called them to let them know I payed for two trays but only got one and then they only told me oh okay and didn’t offer to fix it or anything so I paid them extra money for nothing

The baked beans were cooked yesterday but heated up and served today. You pay 8 dollars for bbq nachos and it's just a plate of chips. Hardly any meat or cheese. And they are not willing to make it right. We added the bbq sauce to try and make it not so dry. Also they just left our food sitting up on the counter and didn't call put any numbers. Customers were having to stand up there and wait for their food. Everyone in line got the same service. To the point people walked out. The women taking the orders was very rude. It was definitely an inconvenience to have to take everyones orders. With food and service like that i dont know how they will stay in business. Definitely won't be coming back

This is an updated review, the new team of staff members are very nice and user friendly. They do a great job of serving great food at very reasonable prices. Thankfully those " bad apples" with a political chip on their shoulders from the past have moved on to other places and you can enjoy eating the great food that buddys is known for. The pulled chicken dinners are very tasty, with those baked beans and corn on the cob. ( GREAT MEAL ) and I have grown to eat my hot fudge sundae cake; first( before I depart the area since the ice creame would melt on that 30 minute back over to Dayton Tn area were I live. ) The drive thru is very fast and the team members that greet you are now always smiling and appear to be nice people.
