Ordered online for afternoon p/u. Went for p/u appointment 10 min. before time selected. Order was bagged and waiting! Opened at home..no sour cream for baked potato; just as well, as potatoes were hard, UNBAKED..practically raw. Called to complain and response was "we made a mistake ". No offer to make up...nothing!! 2nd BAD experience in a row. We're THROUGH WITH CAPTAIN D'S.

I paid over $ 50.00 for food & delivery. I called because they didn't put any sauces in my order. I was rudely told that I has to indicate this when ordering. I will NOT order again since this restaurant manager cannot show respect for her CUSTOMERS, that spend money during these hard times when people are losing jobs due to no business.

Staff was some of the nicest I’ve encountered in a while. Food was decent. But minus 2 stars for no heat. I commented to cashier that it was cold. Was told thermostat is controlled out of Cleveland and that restaurant is always hot in summer and cold in winter. As perspective, I’m dressed to be outdoors…long underwear and jeans plus two long sleeve shirts and a sweatshirt. I still had to go to car for another jacket. I’ll eat elsewhere next time.
