Wow, I have never had a bad experience here and think if I did that I would speak to an employee. Everyone is attentive, nice and friendly. The drive thru flows smoothly at an appropriate rate for fresh food. I have always loved the stuff crabs but keep forgetting to order them lately.
Staff was some of the nicest I’ve encountered in a while. Food was decent. But minus 2 stars for no heat. I commented to cashier that it was cold. Was told thermostat is controlled out of Cleveland and that restaurant is always hot in summer and cold in winter. As perspective, I’m dressed to be outdoors…long underwear and jeans plus two long sleeve shirts and a sweatshirt. I still had to go to car for another jacket. I’ll eat elsewhere next time.
This place is a favorite of mine. We ate dinner here just this past weekend. Sunday afternoon around 5 pm and parking was super easy. Walking in, the people at the counter were friendly and greeted us immediately. We placed our order and had a seat in a booth in the back. It only took around 5 minutes to get our food, which was completely fresh and delicious. I highly recommend eating here. :)
