Disappointed. I got the chocolate chip cheesecake shake and immediately was disgusted because either the icecream or the cheesecake was expired. Tasted so sour, I couldn't get past two bites and had to throw the whole thing away. Even checked with another person for them to try it to make sure it wasn't just me. That's the first time I have ever been given an expired tasting milkshake. It even smelled foul when I dumped it. Check your expiration dates, how is that even food safe or legal?

Freakin love Cook Out! Open really late, burgers, hot dogs, chicken, quesadillas, onion rings etc not to mention any kind of shake you can imagine (well of edible ingredients. I don't think a bullet and scabs shake would be made and who would want one anyway!). All these things and more and prices are CHEAP! YAY!. Also I have not been to a Cook Out (including this one) that I have gotten unfriendly service. These folks are so nice and I'm talking at 3am. God bless y'all for working those hours to feed, for the most part, those who came from the bar or those who came from the bong, with fast and friendly service!
I would recommend not going here. The staff is incapable of getting an order correct. Additionally, they don't seem to care at all when they get it wrong. Apparently, it just happens that much. I won't be back.

I just went through the drive through and ordered a crispy spicy chicken advertised outside on their sign. When I got home I found a grilled small piece of chicken on dry bread, it was awful. The fries I ordered were soggy and droopy. The young lady at the window was rude and looked at me like I was from Mars.. not something I want to do again.
I come in tonight for my lunch. It is 1/20/2025 Not that expensive but I prefer my food to be cooked. My hamburger was completely raw in the middle this is why I stopped coming. Thought I'd give it another shot. Came back same thing. I won't be back. Not that it matters but just giving you a heads up. If you order food from here make sure it's cooked

Came through the drive thru around 12:30-12:45 am and I ordered a tray with a cheeseburger add pickle and a chicken quesadillas and a hm chicken wrap and fries with no salt. The fries have extra salt and I didn’t get the cheeseburger quesadilla I got two chicken which were disappointing to say the least. There is no number to get in contact with the store to try and get the food replaced as a restaurant employee this is sad seeing as how they repeated the order more than once..
