Love that Athens has a full service Dairy Queen. Employees and managers are great to work with. They continue to work to improve their atmosphere and service, so I'm not going to mark them off for that. In fact, they made sure the service issues I had were corrected and comp'd the whole meal back to us. By the way, we love their burgers and of course the gravy ;). We appreciate this!

Love the music. Food is ok (last visit fries were burned and cold). Not impressed with the service. Fryer was down so they couldn't make my fish sandwich. Employees made a big deal about selecting something the same price. My second choice was more expensive so I had to choose something I ended up not loving. Anyone who's owned a business know this isn't how things are done.

The employees make the visit worth it. If I can put a name on it, Kristina (manager) is amazing. So polite and such a sweet lady. The food is hot and the deals make it even better.

Do not order a cake. Ugliest birthday cake. The handwriting not professional. I was told by assistant manager that they have no professional cake decorators there and not everyone has good handwriting. I wish I knew this before I ordered the cake. Too bad I can’t put the pictures of the cake on. Very disappointed in cake and service.
We drove by and ordered ice cream and fries for the long ride back home. We ordered 2 medium Reese's PBCup Blizzards, a vanilla cone and large fries. Their service was great, the blizzards were mixed real good at the bottom. Some DQs do not mix real well and vanilla ice cream still untouched at the bottom of the cup. Their fries are AMAZING! Fresh and seasoned with salt just right.
Only thing I disliked was when I asked for an iced cup of water, they were charging .60 cents for a small one and for a large one they will charge full price of $3.69ish ... FOR A CUP OF WATER!!?? Who does that? A turn off for sure.
I give 4 stars for service cos of the water foolishness and 4 stars on atmosphere since we went through the drive through.
