I have been here a few times and never had a problem. I decided to go there today and with my brother in law. We got two blizzards one the mint oreo blizzard and a regular oreo blizzard. They handed and said oreo blizzard so gave it to my brother in law and he started eating it. Then I heard them say wait this is the oreo blizzard that one is the mint... she came up and said actually this is the oreo one after my brother in law at about a third of the one they gave us already. My brother in law said it might be mint oreo but not very minty. (Pretty sure they are both just oreo).The person in the drive thru said they could make me a new one. Then I heard I guess her boss say what do they want us to do about it. She came back and said cooperate is here and we can't make you a new one. I said I cant eat after my brother in law because I'm pregnant and he has nicotine in his mouth. They said sorry we can offer you a new spoon....
Yes humans make mistakes but the business/corporate should correct their mistakes. Instead of say oh well figure it out.
Now eating just the regular oreo after craving the mint oreo. Yeah some say not a big difference but when you are craving something while pregnant... it is a big difference.

The manager was very rude when she made a mistake in running up our order and it wouldn’t have been a big deal if she didn’t go around the corner while still in earshot of us and proceed to badmouth me for placing the order wrong which I didn’t, and when confronted she said she doesn’t have time for this, extremely unprofessional and we will not be going back because of it.

Google advertised them as open until 10:30pm the signs on the door list them as open until 11:00pm on Fridays we arrived at 10:00pm and the manager came out not necessarily rude or anything but as if we were an inconvenience, and said they close at 10:00pm and that they’ve always closed at 10. They need to update their hours or hold true to the advertised hours of operation. When they actually do provide service the food is decent.

The uh, the quality of the food was really good, better than a lot of other places. And everybody there was friendly and the place was clean and the Wi-Fi even worked really well. Love the ice cream and shakes here. Great food too. I usually go through the drive-thru but today stopped and decided to eat in. Warmly greeted by the General Manager when I walked in. Very nice and friendly lady. Took my order. Relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Dining area as well as restrooms were clean. (I went to one restroom and wife went to other restroom). Handicapped parking at the main entrance with just a slight ramp provided for wheelchair accessibility. General Manager brought our order to our table. Always great food, order is correct and fair pricing. We will continue to go to Dairy Queen in Athens and I recommend.
