So far I've been to 3 DutchBros locations and each visit just gets better. Best experience so far has been at the Athens location with Edgar as the most helpful worker I've met. He truly had a welcoming energy and listened to my wants in a caffienated beverage. Through my uncertainty of what I would like to try that day, he figured I would enjoy a Rebel energy drink. Boy was he right. It was so good! I work in fast food so I know its not easy always putting on such an above and beyond friendly face. I think Edgar understood that sometimes a customer's only socialization for the day can be through a drive thru and you could make or break a person's whole day with your attitude. Edgar made my day and I believe he deserves this drawn out, highly praised review because of that. Thanks again Edgar, you're awesome!

So disappointed, second time going there, and my coffee is half foam, the coffee was not hot at all. The music was so loud. I thought it was coming from a car, but it was really coming from the business. For those prices, I’ll stick with my Starbucks. They get my order right and the coffee is hot.

Went there too get a iced coffee and they messed up my order and and changed 😒 debit card and the money was never refunded even though they apologized and gave me a free coffee still wasn't right

My son and I are both type 1 diabetics and ordered our drinks SUGAR FREE. I was very clear with the young lady taking our order that we had to have sugar free. The drinks tasted great but clearly were not made sugar free as my blood sugar spiked to 340 and my sons to 295! This is so frustrating and disappointing. If I ever go back I will ask 2-3 times to verify that the drinks are sugar free before paying.

Just opened in Athens, TN on Decatur Pike. Got a Kicker hot Coffee and a Sausage Egg Slider. Great Prices. just for a small ( size equivalent to a Starbucks Medium ) was about lil over $5 for the coffee. Gr8 coffee, gr8 Pricing. Will def be back

I am so excited to have a Dutch Bros so close. There is a wonderful selection of drinks with both coffee and non coffee options. The Broistas are super friendly and give great recommendations when asked. They know their drinks. Hope they continue to grow. The wait times may be a little long at times because they are still learning but patience will be well rewarded.

BRAND NEW LOCATION! I’m not sure why there are so many reviews about rude staff because everyone here was great and the opposite of rude. It is new, so there were some growing pains with the wait, but I think that can also be due to customers in front taking a bit longer to order due to unfamiliarity with the menu. Should pick up speed as they get settled!

Tried Dutch Bros this morning. Got an Iced Golden Eagle. So delicious!! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Looks like the others has some competition! I will definitely be going back! Prices are a little cheaper too! Win Win!

Coffee is coffee, all the shops have the same flavors. The problem is the service. When you boast about faster service for ordering on the app then put effort into that. Three times I have ordered on the app and every single time it's 7-14 minutes after the app advises. When you are on a lunch break that is a big wait. I will give it a few months a try again.
