Yesterday, after a long day without food, we stopped on the way home for a quick [late] lunch. Hubby ordered a sub with no bacon and I ordered a sub with no cheese .. we get the order, hop in the car, drive the 40 mins home, just to find bacon on my husband's sub and cheese on mine. We double checked the order ticket, and it clearly stated no bacon on his and no cheese on mine, so they messed up both sandwiches. We weren't about to drive all the way back to Athens to get this fixed, so we were stuck with what we had. While my husband was able to pick the bacon off of his, I wasn't able to remove the melted cheese from mine, and since I can't have dairy, my sandwich was not salvageable. So not only did I miss out on my lunch, I was also out the money it cost for the meal. Made this very tired, very hungry, breastfeeding mama quite upset. Yes, we should have checked the order before leaving, but we were both tired and had our 6 month old baby with us and just wanted to get home and eat something. Regardless, it's your job to make sure each order is correct before handing them over to the customer. Please do better.

I ordered hook and ladder...no bread, carmalized onion, no mayo, no mustard, cucumber, extra pickle. The last 2 times I have ordered it has not been right. So glad I went in tonight.The staff did a very good job. Got my order perfect and in a timely matter. Thank you staff 12/ 6/25..5:38PM

If I could give half or negative stars i probably would. To see the manager vaping in the corner of the restaurant while a pregnant woman and children were present in the lobby was disgusting really. We ordered 2 sandwiches and with 3 people behind the counter it took almost 30 minutes. They were doing more socializing than working. I think next time I’ll drive to Cleveland before I eat here again

Just went into the Athens Tn location. Only one person sitting at a table. No wait. Go to order, was told there was a 45 plus minute wait because of a catering job. So, to say you couldn't fit in a single sandwich in the middle of the order? Why not lock the door and turn off the open store? To tell the truth. This is my least favorite location. This just adds to that.

I guess I'm just use to eating Publix subs which are far and away better and cheaper than these subs but I ordered a medium brisket sub and It had next to no meat in it, all bread and a cheap watered down cheese sauce they put on it. Nearly half my sandwich had no meat and the meat itself was bland and soo thin that there was nothing to it. Paid $12.50 for something that definitely wasn't worth it. Didn't fill me up at all and literally just took it as a loss and went somewhere else to eat. Took 30 min to get food also. False advertisement, really did feel like I got robbed.
