Ordered club in a sub, but there was only diced chicken, tomato and onion. It tasted like it was covered in cayenne pepper. There were jalapenos all over it, which I didn't order. Oh, and it took a long, long time to get it. I know Firehouse is a good chain, but the one in Athens is a no for me.

Last time I was here I thought it would be the only time I wait 30 mins for a sandwich. Well second time here now and it’s the same story for 1 sandwich. I saw people walking out from being upset it took so long both times. The staff needs to change asap.

We went to get a sandwich and No one even acknowledged us. After 5 minutes we walked out. This is the second time, first time we had to wait one half an hour for a sandwich. Never again!

Can't give any stars cause I couldn't get any food. Went in there and was refused service for a online order. I would think you could sneak a sandwich in for a guy that literally standing in your building. WILL NEVER GO BACK! I will never eat at a place that refused me service cause of a online order.
